Quietly impressed
Pros:

Really clean, excellently-maintained. Maximised the small space well - railing for clothes, cleverly designed bathroom (rainwater shower in the ceiling was a nice touch), well-appointed. Great for short stay. We walked to the airport to visit Flight of Dreams and have dinner, then next morning, pushed our luggage to hotel next door to take shuttle bus for our flight home. Great value, one of the better airport hotels we’ve stayed at for this price point.

Cons:

Simple Japanese-style breakfast buffet but was fine.

Pros:

ライブのために宿泊しましたが会場や駅からも近くコンビニも近くにあったので利用しやすくスタッフの方も親切で良かったです！
室内からの眺めは残念ながら海側ではなかったのですが雪が降ってきたのを見れたのでとても良かったです😊
ホコリやカビも見受けられず丁寧な清掃だなと感じられました！
またぜひ空港や会場を利用する際には宿泊したいと思います😊

コスパは良かったので、次回も利用するつもりです。
Pros:

空港利用の前泊には最適であった。

Cons:

空港行きのシャトルバスが空港1ビル発着で空港2ビルの宿泊者は徒歩で移動させられる点は不満が残る。特に。強風の日だったので、今後は2ビルは予約しないと決心した。

朝食が美味しかったです。部屋のテレビで、YouTubeや繋げたらNetflixなどもみれてよかった。

Cons:

コンビニに行った際、コンビニの外まで列が続いていて、とても寒かったので大変でした。

他の東横インのほうが、サービスや対応が良い。
Pros:

毛布を貸していただけたこと。寒さでどうしようと思ったら、貸していただけました。

Cons:

スタッフ対応が冷たい感じ。
初めて泊まるからもう少し丁寧に教えて欲しかった。
