SHIZUTETSU HOTEL PREZIO Kyoto Karasumaoike

We had a great stay. Room was 100% better than the APA hotels I stayed in. It felt very, very clean!!! The toiletry amenities were good. The staff was very nice. The A/C worked so well. Overall we are so pleased with our stay. Transportation options are very convenient.

地點超方便，烏丸御池站一號出口走出來1分鐘就可以到達，接待人員有禮，房內乾淨舒適，浴室是寬敞的那種，離各家特色咖啡廳都非常近，離知名二条城一站的距離。

The hotel is very clean and modern. It’s also more spacious than other hotels I have stayed in Japan. The room also had a massage chair. The only von was that the bed was very firm, which is personally not something I like. Other than that, the hotel is located in an ideal area close to the train station, nearby shops, and 7-Eleven about 3 minutes walk.

Muy acogedor y muy buena zona.

朝食も美味しかったし、部屋も綺麗。ユニットバスも広くて良いホテルでした。

The only thing we weren't impressed with was the size of the room, but considering location, the service they provided and all the amenities that was really not important.

I ordered Japanese breakfasts for my stay. They showed up with an American breakfast my first day. Even after admitting they got the order wrong, they seemed intent on me taking the breakfast. I didn't want to cause trouble, so i accepted it. It was totally mediocre. The Japanese breakfast, which they brought to me the next day was a lot better.

We had the best stay in Kyoto. The hotel was immaculate and the front desk staff were tremendously helpful. They were able to secure reservations for us for at a dinner restaurant since we don’t speak Japanese. Their amenity bar was top notch as was the breakfast. There was lots of variety and all the offerings were tasty. There were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby that were walkable and they provided a map with recommendations. The subway was also nearby (1 block) as were a few bus stops.

Great location for the subway and walking distance for everything else.

非常に利便性も良く、快適に過ごせました。朝食も充実しており、特に薬膳カレーが美味しかったです。また次回も利用したいと思います。

徒歩圏内に何店舗かコンビニがありとても便利。地下鉄からも直ぐですし、バス停も直ぐ近くにありました。ホテルはキレイで静かな雰囲気で良かったです。ロビーにあったコーヒーが一度も飲めず…残念でした。こまめにチェックお願いします。

京都は河原町、四条、烏丸御池など色々泊まって来ましたがやはりこちらのホテルが落ち着くし、清潔で一番でした。

今回は一泊でしたが、またゆっくり伺います。
気持ち良いサービスをありがとうございました。☺️

Massage chair is my favorite amenity of my room! Would love to go back!

年配の両親に滞在してもらいましたが良かったです

部屋も特に不満は無かったです。清掃が行き届いていました。あと駅に近く便利でした。周囲にお店が少ないのがマイナスですが、それはホテル自体の問題では無いので‥利用して良かったです。
