Would not go back
Pros:

The hotel is pretty and rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Pull out couch was broken so we had to use a roll away which took up the whole living room, making the space unusable. Sheets that we were given did not fit. It was boiling hot and had to open the window which was unscreened to sleep. Shower did not have a proper door and sprayed water all over the floor, making it very slippery.I have a mild disability and this hotel was hard to navigate.

Charming hotel has lots of bang for your buck (value).
Pros:

Very clean and charming decor/vibe - fresh & modern. Breakfast options at cafe were delish! Sleep well in bed. Staff friendly and courteous. Very pleased with stay.

Pros:

The location was perfect for where our event was held. I hotel itself was beautiful!

Cons:

The workers are NOT friendly and welcoming and when concerns were brought up of loud music after 10pm the workers were rude.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay I have ever had.
Cons:

Lights in bathroom did not work. Front desk said they would fix them...(BULBS)
Problem was never fixed. No explanation given.
Loud music blared into the night vibrating the windows and floors of my room.
The music made it impossible to relax, watch TV or sleep.
The staff knew or should have known that the party with the music was disrupting the entire building.

Cons:

We reserved our 2 rooms for a friend's wedding held there months ago (wedding this past Saturday, Oct 4th).

Got there at 1pm, could not check in. We changed into our formal clothing in one of your rest rooms, after traveling to Kenosha, and our son and girlfriend from Iowa. I informed the desk we were there for the wedding.

Tried to check in again at 2:45pm, after the ceremony. Told no room clean yet. Told guaranteed check in at 4pm. I informed the desk we were there for the wedding.

Came back at 4:05 pm, saw others getting room keys. I was told, no rooms available yet. I stated, we were told guarantee room by 4pm, and cocktail hour is about to start. I informed the desk we were there for the wedding.

The front desk person then reached out to a manager, who was able to unlock assigned rooms, and we were given our two rooms.

I am glad I pushed back, I am not a big complainer, but surely guests at a wedding, staying overnight, after renting the ballroom should be given rooms asap the day they are coming in for the wedding.

The room was 54 degrees upon arrival. The hallway was even colder.

We ordered breakfast and it was good.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t ready, when we got the key and went up to the room, the room was not ready; beds unmade, ironing board out. It obviously had not been cleaned yet. Had to wait to go back until later. I know they said they were short staff in house keeping, but didn’t offer any compensation, or meal/drink discount for the inconvenience. We were there for a wedding and really would have like to freshen up. We had to change in the hotel’s public bathroom.

A charming, comfortable hotel when I need to stay in Kenosha. Price and most amenities good. Quiet
Pros:

I enjoyed cafe selections for breakfast although zi would have liked some fresh orNge juice. Coffee was good. I thought staff should have brought meal items to my table instead of simply calling me to the counter.

Cons:

Pillows too big and hard—need better selection. Need grab bars in shower. You could use drinks vending machines—both hot and cold available at all hours.
