Nuestra estadia en el Wellington fue encantador...El buffet es MUY completo y delicioso! Hay una sección con productos Gluten-free.
La atención de todo el personal de recepción, los porteros, los del comedor y del club concierge fuera de serie!
Nuestra habitación espaciosa y limpia.
La ubicación no pudo haber sido mejor..en el corazón de Salamanca con excelentes ofertas gastronómicas muy cerca.
En resumen, volveríamos al Wellington!

Lo unico pudiera ser que ya los muebles, aunque bien mantenidos, pudieran renovarlos.

Pros:

Ubicación insuperable y el desayuno es excelente.

Cons:

Cobros por usar el spa a pesar de ya estar pagando un monto considerable por la habitación. Me sorprende que no esté incluido.

Some of it’s rules about pool, sauna and other amenities usage.
The wellness center usage is limited to guests staying at the 7th floor of the hotel…this is NOT clearly stated when booking is made!!!

A luxury hotel with a relaxed, friendly attitude.
Pros:

The Wellington is truly a luxury experience. We were last here 10 years ago & had always promised ourselves that we’d return. My husband is 70 this year, so that seemed an ideal reason.
The level of service is outstanding - every single member of staff we encountered greeted us. Whether it was someone from Housekeeping, one of the Porters, Front Desk staff or a member of the Restaurant staff every single one was pleasant & attentive.
