Good size rooms, close to sea
Pros:

Nice view over the sea (but only if you have a higher floor)
Good gym, lots of equipment
Very close to the sea
Free parking on the street nearby

Cons:

The rooms are not quite as per the photos, particularly if you have a lower floor. But much better on the higher floors.
Although we didn’t have double aspect windows as per the image online.
Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing… but this is often the case in large hotels.

Lovely location and hotel but has issues with housekeeping
Pros:

Nice view and location
Friendly staff on reception.
Food was reasonable.

Cons:

Problems with house keeping- not coming to the room, not changing towels, not checking shower gel etc, leaving coffee stains on desk.
Drainage issues and smell in the room from the bathroom
Was promised I could keep my bike box in the back of reception for my whole duration- when I took it down then they said there would be a charge
Breakfast was always the same. Got a bit boring .
Had English breakfast tea on first day - then no teabags for 6 days in a row.
Gym opened very late in the morning 7am

Tout était incroyable !
Les infrastructures sont au top !
Nous avons été surclassé, nous avons eu une chambre vue mer, c’était incroyable.
La salle de sport est vraiment adaptée.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a des choses qui changent tous les jours.
Nous avons pu rester dans l’hôtel le jour du départ plus tard que 11h afin de profiter des infrastructures.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas très agréable.
Le roof top et la piscine intérieure ont été inaccessibles

Die Lage direkt am Meer war wunderschön, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist top.

Im Lift und Eingangsbereich ist mir aufgefallen, dass er vermutlich nur einmal die Woche gereinigt wird, weil sich der selbe Schmutz nach 4 Tagen Aufenthalt immer noch an der selben Stelle befand. Frühstück war eher Standard, was ich aber hervorheben möchte, war der ausgesprochen nette und überaus freundliche Omelette Koch - er erfüllte jeglichen Wunsch, was man nicht vom restlichen Persomal behaupten konnte. Beim Personal an der Rezeption war ein netter Herr, der Rest vor allem die Damen schienen mir die Aufgaben eher Widerwillig entgegenzunehmen. Da ich selbst im Dienstleistungssektor arbeite, versuche ich immer Verständnis aufzubringen, es ist erst Anfang der Saison, ich kann ihre nicht vorhandene Motivation nicht auf Überbelastung schieben. Möglicherweise besteht seitens Arbeitgeber keine Wertschätzung oder die Arbeitsbedingungen sind nicht herausragend?
Das Personal glänzt nicht mit Freundlichkeit, ein Tipp noch vielleicht, auch die WC Anlage im Lobby Bereich ist ein Aushängeschild für eine Hotelanlage, speziell wenn sich zwei Tage hintereinander kein Toilettenpapier in der Damentoilette befindet.

Great location and bedrooms with sea views.
Pros:

Great room with fantastic balcony with sea view, minutes from the sea. The indoor pool and spa were good. Breakfast offer and quality looked fantastic.

Cons:

Unfortunately our breakfast and departure (to go to the airport) clashed with a large tour party, which meant that we could not fully enjoy the choice on offer and our taxi was stuck behind the tour coach causing a delay.

Großzügiges Frühstück
Lage vom Hotel fand ich sehr gut, da sie direkt an der neuen Promenade Lage, wo viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und mehrere tolle Strandabschnitte gab.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass am Pool niemand im Laufe des Tages das schmutzige Geschirr abgeräumt.
