Pros:

The room was bigger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were consistently very friendly and welcoming, from reception, the restaurant to the wellness spa.

Cons:

The maintenance of the facilities fell below the standard expected of a 4 star hotel.

Stylish modern hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Good spa. Disappointingly average breakfast.
Pros:

Spacious well-designed bedroom and shower room with a usable balcony with a spectacular sea view.
Indoor pool was large enough to swim in properly.
Lots of sunloungers indoors and outside.
Local beach had good promenade and a selection of cafés and restaurants
Facial at wellness centre was very relaxing.
Coffee and icecream in the ground floor bar was good.
Concierge was helpul.
Public spaces were bright, clean and welcoming.

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t match the standard of the rest of the hotel. The quality was average. The machine coffee was dreadful. Very limited choices for vegetarians. The scrambled eggs were allowed to congeal in the bain maire. The bread and pastries were dull and tasted as if they were mass-produced. Apart from a omlette section, for which there was always a queue because it was only manned by one person, no service was provided. There was no way to order real coffee or egg dishes cooked to order. The place seemed to be run to minimise staffing levels and keep the food budget low. It was very disappointing and lowered my opinion of the hotel. it also discouraged me from using the restaurant in the evening.

Iskustvo koje bi rado ponovila.
Pros:

Prekrasna lokacij, divna prostrana soba, predivan pogled, svi sadržaji ns dohvat ruke i iznimno ljubazno osoblje. Za svaku pohvalu i preporuku!

Cons:

Možda čistoća, mada je bilo čisto i uredno sve osim malo ograda balkona.

Pros:

If you want to be away from the crowd the location is great. Right on the beach. Only a 10 min Uber ride to the old city. Staff was very friendly rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

Really the only bad thing was the WiFi which was BAD. Phone kept dropping it and couldn’t use the laptop.

Cons:

Man sieht das was man nicht hört! Einen Staubsauger habe ich 5 Tage nicht gesehen! Ein hochflooriger Teppich vor dem Bett ist dann nicht schön.
Das Wasser der Duschbadewanne floss nicht ab. Ekelhaft was da verstopft war.
Vor dem Hoteleingang war es leider schmutzig. Drehtür Glas schmierig, Espresso Tasse stand tagelang rum. Und viel Müll. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr mürrisch. Tolles Hotel mit Luft nach oben in den angesagten Punkten.

Nice balcony off the room, beautiful view of the beach. The beach was right across the street. The rooftop lounge was lovely. Staff was helpful. After being contacted by the staff of the Amphora who explained they are working to upgrade the internet, a large group had overwhelmed the hotel's Wi-Fi, and staff had overlooked robes in our room. Staff were also working on the hot tub. Again, the room was a good size and the view was spectacular; the beach was directly across the street (handicap accessible). The staff is amenable to working on my issues.

Cons:

No wifi, wifi would come on for a few seconds then shut off , extremely frustrating. Hot tub broken,no robes in our room. Breakfast was standard.

Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage in Žnjan

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Amphora Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage in Žnjan. Die Gegend ist sehr neu und modern und bietet viele schöne Strände, Bars und tolle Möglichkeiten, um den Urlaub zu geniessen. Split ist mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten einen riesigen Balkon mit Liegestühlen, ein sehr grosses und bequemes Bett und vor allem war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Man hat wirklich nichts von den anderen Zimmern gehört – keine zuschlagenden Türen oder Geräusche, was wir aus anderen Hotels leider oft anders kennen.

Auch das Frühstück war sehr fein und bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Spa-Bereich hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt einen schönen Poolbereich draussen und im Innenbereich ein grösseres Becken sowie einen Whirlpool.

Auch für die Anreise mit dem Auto ist das Hotel sehr praktisch. Gegenüber auf der Strasse gibt es viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, die kostenpflichtige Garage des Hotels zu nutzen.

Wir würden das Amphora Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es für einen Aufenthalt in Split sehr empfehlen. Besonders die Kombination aus modernem Hotel, Meerblick, Strandnähe, ruhigen Zimmern und der Nähe zu Split hat uns überzeugt.

Aamiaishuone kolkko, jos salissa paljon ihmisiä, meteli nousee häiritseväksi!
Kahvia sai vain automaatista pikkukuppi kerrallaan, välillä muodostui pitkä jono, kun automaatteja piti huoltaa/täyttää!
Aamukahvin vaivaton saaminen on useille ihmisille todella tärkeää! Pikku termoskannu helpottaisi asiaa suuresti👌
Henkilökunnan palveluasenne kovin vaihtelevaa, osa tosi ystävällisiä, osa välinpitämättömiä.

Luxury, a lovely recharge next to the beach.
Pros:

Loved this hotel - staff were great, and the amenities were also great. Food was fantastic - I tried the Octopus, black risotto and the Tuna. Morning breakfast buffet was lovely too. Gym was perfect for a holiday workout.

Cons:

Dining room lights at dinner were too bright, it lacked ambience. Also couldnt just turn up for the dinner buffet, you had to buy it the day before not knowing what the menu would be - They do this to avoid wastage. However so many people booked the buffet and didnt turn up anyway.
