Nepričakovano darilo v obliki boljše sobe. Izjemna ponudba v welnesu, zagotovljeno parkirno mesto. Čistoča v vseh prostorih. Pa zelo zelo ustrežljivo in prijazno osebje.

Cons:

Ni nobenih pripomb, ker smo bili zelo zadovoljni.

Pros:

Dobar dorucak, veliko hvala za osoblje jer su ustupili i bolju sobu nego sto je bila rezervisana.
Lokacija uz plazu, garaza. Lijep ambijent.
Odlicno kupatilo u sobama.
Divan pogled iz sobe (morska strana)

Cons:

Pojedini konobari su neljubazni. Vecera veoma loša na razini kuhinje studentskog doma. U odnosu na dorucak vecera je ispod svakog ocekivanja.
Sobe nisu najbolje izolovane
Visoke cijene u baru s obzirom na uslugu i tip bara.

Pros:

Beautiful location and the view! We wee surprised how big the bed is - we are super comfortable overall.

Cons:

It would be a nice touch if they offered a complimentary bottle of water in the room as many hotels of this tier offer it- it would slightly elevate the experience.

Wiadomość do managera ...obsługa powinna w hotelu 4 gwiazdki być bardziej profesjonalna jakby może jakieś szkolenia niby grzecznie ale tak zapytaj odpowiem i spadaj kolacja z bufetu super ale te kolację z kary słabo zamówiłam kurczaka musi być zestaw nic nie można zmienić tak więc jeśli nie lubisz deseru to mają to gdzieś na domiar tego był nie świeży oddałam nic w zamian nie zaproponowano trudno w hotelu 4gw. Powinno być inaczej no i hit śniadanie na wynos bo wyjeżdżaliśmy przed śniadaniem kanapka z chleba tostowego dwa owoce i jogurt naturalny spodziewałam się czegoś więcej po takim hotelu no cóż a i wiadomość do menadżera w saunie z szybą jest nie szczelne te okno i dlatego nie można osiągnąć dużej temperatury pozdrawia

Nadmasili su nasa ocekivanja, besprekorno cista soba, pogled je divan sa devetog sprata, king size krevet je odlican. Dorucak je bio raznovrsan i ukusan, definitivno ako nas put navede ponovo u Split, znamo gde cemo odsesti.
