Chambre d'hôtel tout confort et à taille humaine pourvu d'un excellent restaurant
Pros:

Le Ness est un petit ensemble hôtelier très qualitatif donnant sur la plage du lagon.
La piscine est très agréable et le service Spa welness aussi.
Le bar et le restaurant en bord de plage sont top!

Gentillesse du personnel
Chambre très confortable
Terrasse de la chambre très agréable
Extérieurs de l’hôtel magnifiques
Présence de citronnade et pommes l’après midi
Et surtout : l’emplacement avec la plage et son lagon au pied de l’hôtel, et la mise à disposition de transats, masques et tubas pour observer les nombreux poissons

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Ness by the Ocean overall. The hotel looks lovely, both inside and out, although the atmosphere sometimes feels a little empty and could use more warmth and personality.

The bar staff were friendly, the food and drink selection was good, and the tapas were amazing! Housekeeping also deserves special recognition for doing an excellent job throughout our stay.

Cons:

The main area for improvement is the hospitality from the rest of the team. Staff often seemed bothered when we asked for assistance, which made us feel uncomfortable asking for help. A more welcoming and attentive approach would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Lage direkt am Strand, wo man sehr gute tipps zu schnorcheln kann. Personal im Restaurant und am Empfang super nett und zuvorkommend.

Zentral gelegenes, wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Strand mit eingem Hausriff.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand mit eigenem Hausriff ist perfekt. Auch das sehr ausgiebige und leckere Frühstück nimmt man direkt neben dem Strand ein. Zudem gibt es später an der Bar einen wunderbaren Pina Colada. Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof, der mehr ein Jungel ist, was einen perfekten Sichtschutz bietet. Zu Fuss erreicht man zudem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie andere Restaurants.

Cons:

Das Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant war ok aber nicht überragend.

Anfangs schrecklich, danach in Ordnung bis schön.

Die Hotelanlage war schön grün.

Wir haben ein Zimmer erhalten, dass nicht wie auf den Bildern aussah. Es war ein rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer in dem die Toilette direkt neben der Dusche war ohne Abtrennung. Nach dem Duschen war die ganze Toilette und der Boden nass. Wir erhielten erst einen Tag später (nach hartnäckiger Diskussion ein anderes Zimmer). Dieses war dann sehr schön, jedoch trübte es unseren Aufenthalt, weil uns anfangs immer wieder gesagt wurde, dass sei das Zimmer unserer Kategorie.

Une serveuse au petit dej pas sympathique du tout! Me parle mal juste parce que j’ai pris un bocal de sucre près de la cafetière car je n’avais pas de sucre a table puis j’ai ramené le sucre à la cafetière ! Elle ne s’est même pas excusée et n’a pas ramené les verres ect a table ! Elle ne s’est peut être pas rendu compte mais avec un séjour qu’on a payé a presque 800€ le week-end toutes consommation comprises c’étais moyen de sa part , on va réfléchir plutôt a aller a l’ile Maurice pour d’autre séjour car on est mieux accueilli
