Location is nice and practical if you have a related flights and room size is really big and comfortable , bed also is so comfortable

Cons:

Although I liked the room and bed comfortability but I have a concern about the cleanliness of the bed. The covers did not seem clean, and I found a hair across the bed and under the covers. Could you please have this checked and arrange for fresh bedding for next time?

The staffs were nice

Cons:

The bathroom and bedroom walls, and ceilings were coming apart. You can tell some areas in the room we’re badly painted over to avoid any fixes. I seen a lot of spider webs in the room and it was very cold despite the heater being on.

The breakfast had very little option as well. Just toast and mini muffins.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Especially Mr Dickson is super staffs. La Quinta is very lucky to have him as employee

Mr Antjuan Dickson, assistant manager, is super, professional, hard working, responsible staff. He went beyond his responsibilities to make customers stay in the hotel comfortable and went beyond his responsibilities to make sure my car park in hotel parking lots waiting for shipping company to ship to different city even after I had checked out. All customers and any company who has him to work with is really lucky!

Definitely a great hotel worth the money!
Pros:

Rooms were very nice and clean. Lots of stores and food close by. Beds were comfortable. Front desk employees were very nice. Quiet atmosphere. They provide you with big things of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower which smell amazing. Will definitely return.

Cons:

Only complaint is the beds are extremely squeaky. But still very comfortable.

Overall it went well.
Pros:

The friendly staff, the breakfast, close to the Airport, the University of Buffalo and many shopping areas and restaurants .

Cons:

The bathroom light switch outside of the bathroom and the sink in the bedroom instead of the bathroom.
