The hotel is located in a convenient location. The staff gave excellent service and were very helpful.

The water pressure when taking a shower is low. Not enough pressure. At the time of our stay there were renovations being done so it was somewhat a hassle going in and out of the property.

Binondo's finest hotel.
Pros:

The Filipino people are the best natured, most polite and the most friendliest race on the earth. They will go out of their way to do anything they can to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect. The room was super quiet and well set out. The breakfast is great, lots to choose from and very delicious. The hotel is spotless. First class in my opinion.

Cons:

No bathmats or hand towels, the bottom sheet was too small for the big bed, the water pressure was terrible in the shower and the hot water was warm only. Foreigners love hot showers so have a look into this.

Geen slecht hotel voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

De hotelkamer was niet helemaal proper (bed gelukkig wel). Bed was comfortabel en douche was goed. Gezien de prijs van EUR. 100 voor 2 nachten voor 2 personen kun je echter ook niet al te hoge eisen stellen. Ontbijt (niet inbegrepen) was eigenlijk alleen Aziatisch en dus geen jus d' Orange, bacon, yoghurt etc., die bij een Europees ontbijt horen. Restaurants zijn vlakbij.

Except for the security at the entrance whose always ready to greet with a smile and the front desk staff who are helpful (thanks to you), maybe, other staff were tired, we never failed to thank you with every request, every service given, you could do with a little smile sometimes.
