Took my daughter here for spring break and we will definitely use this hotel again

Pros:

I like that it had a pool and downstairs bar. Pizza was good.

Cons:

My vent cover in the bathroom fell off. The front desk person told me that someone was going to come and fix it but no one came and fix it.

Beautiful location and great spring break weather.
Pros:

The property was nice. Great location. The breakfast options were delicious and serving staff was very nice and professional. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful also. The property was clean and well taken care of.

Cons:

I was in my daughter’s hotel room and the cover to the fan in the bathroom just randomly fell in the floor. Staff took the cover and was going to have the engineer replace it the next day but no one ever came to fix it.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind. I was able to check in an hour early. Breakfast was a good variety. The view of the beach/ocean was perfect. The room was clean.

Cons:

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pool was small.

Staying at Mama’s
Pros:

It was so nice to walk into the hotel and just be greeted by every employee. I am part of a Curio Collection Hilton, so we are a boutique hotel. When we first got there we were greeted by Mimi. She just had the most welcoming smile, and wanted you to feel at home. Everyone there just went out their way to do anything they could to help you. Even the ones around me that were not honors, or employees of Hilton.

The morning of our departure, I got the privilege to meet Julia. She sweet smile, and personality just makes you want to stay longer. Talking to her gave me the feeling like I had just been hanging out at mama’s house. I will always come back to stay at mama’s house.

The breakfast crew worked hard. We have a full blown restaurant in our hotel that runs breakfast for the hotel. Our servers get tipped for waiting on tables. I know you don’t have that there, but please consider putting out a tip jar. Maybe even apply each of their names to E-Tip with the QR codes.

Everyone was so great, and I wish I could shout them all out. Please promote Julia and Mimi to GM, and assistant GM. Maybe even HR, or PR. They can do it all.
