Wir waren am Neptun Festival Wochenende dort, leider ist das Festival wegen Sturm ausgefallen. Der hohe Preis zum Festival hat sich also nicht gelohnt. Zimmerservice nur alle 2 Tage (bei dem Preis könnte man mehr erwarten), Frühstück mittelmäßig.
Die Klimaanlage war eine Katastrophe, so unfassbar laut, nicht zu gebrauchen. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

our visit was awesome! from checkin to checkout. the staff was very welcoming and nice. if you are visiting the area, this is the place to stay.💯👍🏽

Reported dirty chair with cigarette burn that was not changed out.,
Smokers Marijuana and cigarette ashes and smells floating onto our balcony bothered our enjoyment for 3 of 6 days. Should be no smoking hotel. Definitely not as good as previous stay
The hotel itself was located right on the beach close to all attractions which was wonderful. Our room was not ready till 4pm which was fine since we arrived at 2pm. The daily breakfast was amazing. The beach was clean and so close to our hotel. The staff was super friendly my only complaint is that I could not get my room cleaned. We arrived on Monday and they said Tuesday they were not cleaning it because we arrived on Monday. No clue what that had to do with anything but ok so on Wednesday they called me bc the do not disturb sign was out and asked if I wanted the room cleaned and I said yes. We asked about three more times that day and by the time 5pm came and the room was still not cleaned I called corporate to make a complaint. Then they sent someone with towels and sheets to clean the room. We left today and no one cleaned the room on Thursday. Nice hotel and I paid good money to stay there so I really don’t want to have to make my bed or empty the garbage while I am on vacation.
They could have cleaned my room!!!!!
