Cons:

Limpeza. Precisando urgente de uma dedetização, me hospedei em 2025 e agora novamente em 2026 vi baratas pequenas andando no quarto e no banheiro.

Gostei bastante do hotel, tem uma boa localização, quartos limpos, com toalhas sempre branquinhas, amei o café da manhã tem reposição toda hora e coisas muito gostosa

Não gostei muito dos funcionários, são pessoas de cara muito fechada, que esnoba o cliente, quando estão conversando entre si não tem a decência de parar a conversa para atender o cliente, falam que qualquer coisa mandar mensagem no WhatsApp da recepção mas quando vc manda ninguém responde. Tive que ir lá em baixo solicitar uma manta o corredor também é bem feio a situação, descascando e mofado, pessoas fumam lá dentro o cheiro fica horrível, elevador bem ruim também sujo e antigo

Os quartos são mal acabados limpeza deixou a desejar papel higiênico de péssima qualidade piscina com alguns pedaços que para arrumar lá café da manhã é muito fraco.
