Pros:

Instalações muito precária, nada presta. Para quem só quer um lugar para dormir, pode reservar. Só a localização que é legal.

Cons:

Café da manhã fraquíssimo, roupas de banho machadas, elevador com Probelma, estrutura sem zelo. Merece uma reforma.

Que experiência incrível! O hotel é maravilhoso, super aconchegante e impecável. Mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvida, são os funcionários: todos extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e prestativos em especial uma moça da cozinha que simplesmente foi sensacional , fazem a gente se sentir em casa. E o que foi aquele café da manhã? Simplesmente perfeito, variado, com tudo fresquinho e delicioso! Com certeza voltarei

A minha insatisfação foram em 3 pontos

Cama: O colchão era menor que a base de apoio e estava muito desconfortável, sendo possível sentir as molas ao deitar.

Piscina: O local precisa de manutenção urgente, pois notamos que faltavam alguns azulejos na estrutura.

Elevador: O equipamento apresentou um funcionamento muito barulhento durante o uso, gerando desconforto.

Deixo este feedback como uma crítica construtiva para que a gerência possa aplicar as melhorias necessárias. Espero encontrar uma estrutura renovada em uma próxima oportunidade.
