Could be a bit more cleaner
We recently stayed at The Bluewater Hotel in Blackpool and had a fantastic family getaway, starting with our upgrade to the suite which offered an abundance of clean, comfortable living space. Other members of our group stayed in a family room; though it was a bit on the small side, it was impeccably clean and entirely fit for purpose.
The dining experience was another high point of our trip, with the on-site food proving to be exceptionally good value for money. The hotel's swimming pool is a lovely feature and a great spot to unwind, though we did notice that the water was a bit cloudy and the surrounding area is definitely due for a deep clean to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
Minor pool maintenance aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend The Bluewater Hotel to anyone visiting Blackpool.

Location was great and fair priced, staff were friendly and helpful
Did not state on website that swimming had to be booked in advance and cost £5 pp, ph and games room has separate charges.
Swimming was also rented out for group bookings which limited the use of pool. Sauna was also not working.
Room had been wiped down not cleaned. TV was not wired into plug correctly and live wires were shown. We had a family room which has 2 plug sockets was not convenient for a weeks stay.
WiFi did not work.
Staff we're nice and friendly.

Needs modernising.
The pictures on the website look a lot different to the place when you get there carpets going up the stairs were not clean at all walls were dirty rooms look so different on website for over £100 i expected it to be cleaner
As above in comment
Reliable hotel, staff were very helpful, not to bad for location
Toilet had no flush button
Door wouldn't shut properly in bathroom
Bit of a walk from the hotel to the centre
The staff was lovely
The noise from people arguing and my room was not very clean there was rubbish left from previous people. We couldn’t shut the bathroom door so no privacy, the kettle was not descaled and the bathroom floor was disgustingly filthy with sick and urine stains
