Accessible Parking was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our original room was very small, and aged which was not comfortable for the modern family. The bed situation was quite weird, I'm guessing the original base got broke and they replaced it with two single bed bases which were too big for the mattress so we had excess base (See images attached) ...
I'm not sure if the toilet had been properly cleaned or if the cleaners had tipped something in there after cleaning and forgot to flush but the water in there was brown and had toilet roll still in there... We overlooked these things as we were just using the room to sleep in after a night out however when we got back into the room later on we realised that there was no thumb lock on the inside of the door meaning we couldn't lock the door through the night making it a bit of a safety hazard (see image). I probably wouldn't have cared if it was just me, but we had our 6 year old daughter with us so decided to change rooms.
The staff were great about this and we're very professional and helpful, made sure the next room was acceptable before we moved.
The room we eventually stayed in was much nicer and had more room. But the faffing about late at night, not having a lock on our door just kind of ruined the experience for us.
As said above, the staff were fantastic but I feel they're probably fighting a bit of a battle given the state of the rooms etc.

The pool, the staff and hotel was lovely
The staff was all lovely really friendly, good location for Blackpool Close to everything for kids etc
Rooms are a bit run down can do with a bit of decorating to freshen it up, and the heat in the rooms was unbearable, but got a fan from reception that help a bit, but cant really complain for the price it is what it is
Easy walk to the Tower
Could do with some refurbishment, especially electics, wall socket was almost falling off
Never had the breakfast
The beds were okay and the rooms was tidy.
There was no constant checks if we needed daily cleanup throughout our 3 night stay and the WiFi was zero as I never got a single network throughout my 3 night stay.

The place was really dirty and we were put in rooms that looked like hostels the heaters were so hot we didn't sleep and no option to turn it down
Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Someone on reception 24 hours a day. Liked it so much we have booked again for October

Location was good, breakfast was also good. Staff were very friendly.
The room was far too small to be a family room, wardrobe which was very difficult to open due to the doors not sliding properly was only about 10 inches from the bed making it difficult to get in and out. Bathroom very small with no shelf to put your toiletries etc. Room boiling hot due to the weather but only one small window could open a few inches. Fan may help but needs air-conditioning. Granddaughter was stuck in the very old lift as it was very old and difficult to close or open lift door/gate.
