Not as advertised
Pros:

The staff were lovely

Cons:

The property stated it was never to the pleasure beach and it was at the opposite end of the promenade which was the only reason we were visiting so we spent a lot of money on trams and we taxi also the bar in the hotel was very small and empty no atmosphere and we had to go out every night to do anything again not something we would have done and made the time more stressful and tiring not relaxing at all the rooms were small and not really as advertised sadly nothing positive about our stay other than the lovely staff who went out of their way to accommodate us but what can they so about the rooms and facilities. They did their best. Pool is charged for booking.com but not on Expedia which was not really advertised also parking is charged per day and again states it’s free when booking. The property is nowhere near to any of the bars clubs or entertainment so you will have to walk a lot or use transport if staying here and wanting to go out.

Enjoyable stay, will return again.
Pros:

Very comfy bed! Good location, only a short walk into town and not too noisy in the evening. Bathroom spotless. Friendly staff. Didn't try the pool myself but other guests told me it was good. I'll try it next time, will definitely stay again.

Cons:

A couple of niggly little things, there could have been a few more milk sticks for brews and there was no power point near the bed but this didn't spoil anything for me, really enjoyed myself.

Pros:

All the staff were amazing very helpfully very chatty.
Location was great quite at night time
And closes to beach walking distance to the shops.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small.
Shower was small for tall and big person.
Smoke detectors very close to shower
Worried to set it off after showing.
Room was cold at night time.
Lamps didnt work in the room so had use big light

Pros:

Loved the pool was quiet and clean although the privacy curtains could do with being fixed properly

Cons:

The bed wasnt matched up properly, I hurt my leg on it and the room was small after I requested a disability room on ground floor

Would stay again
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, clean rooms comfortable beds, got pool to ourselves,

Cons:

Room was very hot, maybe in the summer fans could be in rooms, had bathroom and bedroom window open and was a horrible smell from outside,

Pool water was lovely and warm but around pool could do with a clean,

I loved strutting my stuff by the pool like a celeb.

Staff where friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. Liked that we got the swimming pool to ourselves

Cons:

Needs work done on the building. Room was dusty in the wardrobe, rooms and building need decorated and ceilings etc need fixed. Could do with having proper working fans available to all rooms. Could do with hooks in rooms to hand wet towels, swim wear, jackets etc. Showers in pool area need fixed

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Close to beach front

Cons:

No WiFi couldn’t view pool before paying or booking was also booked up both nights.. cold shower no hot water in room.. room not like pictures

It’s not one bit like the picture on here don’t even no why there aloud to put pictures up like that if there not like it in real life that room wasn’t normal and the window and hall legging to the Roma was very bad

it was so un clean the room we was giving had a bed with no headboard if you went to sit on it on the bed moved away from the wall so deiced to check under the covers to see it was crawling the kids bunkbeds was so shaky there was a tv be hind then you couldn’t even see a cloud go on but I’ll not

Cheep and cheerful with exceptional staff
Pros:

The location is great with tram and bus stop right outside.The hotel has a lovely small pool.The staff were all lovely and very willing to help.There is a small bar which was showing World Cup matches and the drinks were cheap

The room was very hot, however we did stay during a heatwave! Brought our own fan which helped.

The hotel is value for money but it could do with a refurb.

The man tried to charge me twice for the pool and was really pushing for me to pay the second time saying ‘if it has gone threw I will give u free drinks on the house’
