The room smelled bad the bathroom looked dirty and grubby the window locking out was dirty to the point could see out.

Pros:

day staff were fantastic
room good value for what we paid for
clean and comfortable rooms

Cons:

1 night staff needs training in customer relations a smile wouldn't of gone a miss could barley get 1 word out of him allso found him asleep at front counter on a few occasions which isn't helpful when hes locked the door so you cant get in the building.

Pros:

We loved how comfortable the beds were and the pool looked lovely. We loved that it was right by the beach.

I didn't like the broken door in the bathroom and the fact they charged extra for the swimming pool.

I liked the location and staff were nice

Cons:

Pool was green and u have to pay extra for it
View from my window was od bins full of pillows outdoors staff said it was other hotels but I didn't trust that completely
Arcade/ game room basic and pricey considering theres arcades down the beach that cost less

Very poor standards and creepy.
Pros:

I only liked the location. The hotel is very dirty and at night you will be hearing running foot steps at 2am. The tub was very dirty,there was so much dust in the room on furniture, We felt the presents of someone inside the room whilst we were sleeping. The hotel is very creepy and the rooms are very hot with no ferns.l will not recommend anyone to stay there and go though what l went though my sister screemed in the middle of the night around 1 am saying there was someone in the room and we couldn't sleep well the whole night hearing different sounds from the top floor.

Cons:

I didn't like anything about the hotel everything was a mess they need to close down and renovate the place properly not to just take peoples money's l am very disappointed and l need my refund l want mh money back at list half of it.

Great location, needs some TLC.
Pros:

Great location, short walk to north pier, Blackpool tower, shops and restaurants. Bed was comfy, shower was good. parking ideal, staff friendly

Cons:

there were black smudge marks on the wall in our shower room, one plug socket didn't work and the decor was dated and hotel needs some TLC.
