Disappointed and unclean
Pros:

The pool was nice and relaxing

Cons:

1. That we payed £183 for 3 nights in a double room then we arrived the room got changed to a standard room with no sea front view
2. My partner had a shower he went to dry him self with a towel that was provided and it was ment to be clean but it had human poop stain on it
3.What we payed we thought we was getting breakfast included as he didn’t state an additional charge for it as we payed for the room and on the morning of goinf for breakfast we had to pay and additional £9.50 each for breakfast
4. The breakfast was horrible it had hair in the scrambled eggs the juice wasn’t fresh and when we told the staff at the breakfast she removed the hair and didn’t get fresh scrambled egg she allowed every one to eat as we was the first people down there that’s how we noticed the hair
5. We payed for breakfast in the price of the room when we went down she asked us out room number so we told ad then got declined for breakfast the got told to pay as it wasn’t included we was sat there and when other guest came in they didn’t pay for breakfast
6.we asked for the room to be hovered and cleaned when we went out and it didn’t till the Saturday
7. When we spoken to the person at the desk she said its because we payed on booking.com

Disappointing
Pros:

Parking was available and included with the price I paid. 1 person allowed in the lift.

Cons:

Property is in need of renovation, carpets were worn and a trip hazard, broken tile on the step outside another trip hazard, decor was grubby. We stayed on the top floor and there was a hole in the ceiling on the stairs and obvious water staining. The room we stayed in was very basic and nothing like the photo advertised room, the shower was dirty with things stuck to the wall, the shower took 10 minutes to get warm, not worth £77 for the night.

Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful. Lady who checked us in was so lovely. We had a slight issue with our room which they sorted before we even arrived. Gave us free breakfast and use if pool for the trouble and just all round lovely. They also decorated the room for ours daughters birthday with some balloons and banners that I sent over which was lovely.

The rooms were sub standard nothing like the website pictures blinds hanging of the windows broken cold room mattress a d bedding not clean and didn't fit the bed properly was woken at 6 40 am by someone hoovering and cleaning outside the room and banging doors

The first room I got put in was leaking water from the ceiling then got swiped to another room with no heating 1 curtain was missing of the window and smelt damp

Cons:

1st room we got given had sawdust all over the floor a double bed, toilet not cleaned.
The 2nd room was very run down, dirty marks over bathroom cupboard and walls, mirror had child's handprints on them. Carpet looked like it hadn't seen an hoover, glad we only slept in there as we were in Blackpool for a wedding.

Pros:

Andrea on reception was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was very clean and spotless.

Cons:

On booking.com it said the breakfast was £5.95 on arrival we was told it was £9.95. Also the day before our stay we got a message saying there was a charge to use the pool at £6 per hour. This information should be on booking.com before you book. Our room was very small and basic, it didn't have curtains only blinds of which 1 slat was missing letting in a bit of light
