The room was very spacious,had a shower and a bath, very clean, fresh towels and bedding every day. The staff were friendly and attentive andrea on reception was amazing and has exceptional customer service the pool was bigger than expected and had a jacuzzi part and sauna we couldn't be happier and can't wait to return

The staff I meant friendly and helpful,room was clean.

Cons:

I was informed by whom i'm assuming was the manager that the hotel is under going some refurbishments, you can see in some of the decor although still needs a good amount of work doing. Also wasn't impressed upon enquiring about the swimming pool opening times that there is a£5 per hour chsrge per person for a swim, usually when hotels have these k9nd of facilities these are included within the room price not an added extra.

Great budget hotel. Will absolutely return again
Pros:

We arrived and the lady at reception was so lovely, couldn’t have been more helpful checked us in and sorted us for swimming. Nothing was a hassle for her. The view from our family room was fantastic and the room was spotless.

Cons:

In the evening we went to have a drink before bed in the bar and the staff member wasn’t the friendliest. The card machine wasn’t working and we had to use the one at reception. It was like asking for drinks was a total inconvenience. Ordered our drinks finished them and left!

A good location with a few small issues
Pros:

The location was good. The room was quite nice.

Cons:

Booked partially because I wanted a Sauna, Sauna wasn't working. Room missing TV remote, only staying one night but the first remote they found for me wasn't right, I didn't bother to get another. Sweety rapper behind door in shower room. No toilet brush which I don't like. Only a few small ish things that i felt could be better.

Cons:

The room was small the view was disgusting of underwear been chucked out of windows the blinds were broken. The breakfast was cold. The rooms weren't serviced at all in 4 days even tho the sign was put on the door 2 days running.
