Cons:

The hotel itself is nice, but the behavior of the bartender at the rooftop bar on the 21st floor was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Throwing the menu into the trash in front of customers is completely unacceptable and there is no reasonable explanation for such behavior. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect staff to know how to treat guests with courtesy and respect.

Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. It is disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, and because of this incident, I do not believe I will stay at your hotel again.

Great staff, great location, rooms a bit stuffy and dated.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the staff are super friendly, caring, kind and supportive. Especially if you're travelling with kids!

Cons:

The AC didn't work in the room (the control panel kept saying room is vacant). Not nice because the room was super hot and stuffy and window faced main road so lots of noise.

The bathroom sewage clearly needs cleaning. When the shower is turned on there's a typical sewage smell which passes after use.

Bathroom was also extremely small and in real need of refurbishment. Recommend removing old bathtubs and replacing with showers for more space. Washing kids in there is difficult as you keep bumping into things when trying to move around.

Main bedroom was a good size but, again, in clear need of a real refurb.

Stains on beds matress featuring some black hairs. Not really inviting.
You have to run stairs no matter the floor if you go gym too early.

Breakfast was okay. Location was good.

Cons:

There was a strike, so services were limited. The check out clerk Katherine was upset about the company's system being down and was very short with me when I came to check out...not my fault lady!

The decor was dated as well.
