Tarihi bir binada modern bir konaklama yaptım.
Pros:

Karşılama personeli çok ilgilendi. Her şeyi ama her şeyi tek tek anlattı. Fiyat performans oteliydi. Bina eski olmasına rağmen asansör kullanışlıydı. Merkeze ve tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çok güzel bir cadde de ve çevresinde market , cafe ve restaurantlar vardı. Hijyen iyidi. Havlular temiz ve yeterliydi.

Cons:

Banyosunu sevmedim. Eski ve bakımsızdı.

Nothing, unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the property. Despite booking in advance and paying for a stay in which we did not have the pleasure of enjoying!

Michael was unresponsive and completely unhelpful. As a result of his intentional ambiguity and inability to provide good customer service. After travelling from Canada, being impacted by the strikes, we were forced to book another accommodation. This was completely unacceptable !

Cons:

Michael should not be in a client facing role! He is rude and unprofessional and does not adequately represent the incredible Italian hospitality we’ve witnessed so far on our trip. I highly recommend for your business long heavily and brand strength that you remove him from his role.
