Pros:

I had a confirmed reservation, also had sent a message to the hotel about my arrival time - and when I came they said no room available. Seems they needed all rooms for a marriage party which was going on there.
The staff was very rude, did not even apologize, forget about helping to find another place.
Maybe others were treated better - but I would never recommend that place.
