Pros:

We received 5-star service: picked up at the ferry, brought back the next day. All service with a smile, extra beach chairs and umbrella to take to the beach, any problem quickly resolved. The pool was the PERFECT temperature and amazingly relaxing and lovely for swimming.

Our hostess went beyond anything that we could imagine, even resolving for us a mistake with the ferry tickets and connecting two different ferry companies so that we didn't have to pay extra.

The chef on the premises was just excellent and worked with us to account for our food issues/allergies and kosher requirements. We couldn't ask for more. A beautiful island, lovely place for a beach retreat.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DIRTY AND DESTEO BEYOND BELIEF. YOU WILL FEEL RIPPED OFF NO MATTER WHAT YOU PAY. BELIEVE ME!

Pros:

Run down and dirty, the staff did not care with virtually non existent service. This place is awful and not worth anything like the rates they charge. We complained and negotiated a lower room rate. hopefully they sort this place out, but we would never come here again or recommend anyone else does!
