富士登山が達成できるためのスタートとして安心して泊まれる宿泊施設だった。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。
特に旅先では野菜不足になりがちなので、野菜たっぷり具だくさんお味噌汁を用意していたり、たぬきご飯も初めて食べて美味しかったです。郷土食でしょうか。
落ち着いて朝食を味わって食べることができ、旅の良き思い出になりました。

Cons:

パジャマのサイズが大きくて、前が開くので手で押さえていた。紐がついていると調節できて良かった。

TL;DR: rude front desk

The staff member who sold me the noodles didn’t mention they didn’t come with chopsticks or offer me any. That was the first point where the situation could have been easily avoided. When I realized, I called the front desk and asked if someone could simply leave a pair outside my room. Instead, the staff’s response was to repeatedly play the same Google Translate voice message telling me to come to the lobby. If it had been convenient, I would have gone down to the front desk like she asked. But I had just came back from the climb and I was about to shower and eat. So it was really inconvenient. I had explained that to her but she repeated the same Google Translate message. It was frustrating to feel like my explanation wasn’t heard. Later, I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password. It wasn’t on the room information card, so I called reception again. I was told it was displayed on the TV screen. When I explained that the TV was off and I was trying to turn it on, the staff just hung up the call. How rude and dismissive was that.

I wasn’t asking for room service or anything unreasonable, just a pair of chopsticks and basic assistance. Small acts of courtesy can make a big difference, especially after a long and exhausting day. And now, I couldn’t switch of the bedroom might even though I tried all the switches on the board. But if I call the operator, she would tell me to come down or hang up again. So why bother!? The room is clean enough but I found these random hair debris on my table and in the bathroom that clearly isn’t mine. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would not stay here again.
