掃除も雪届いていて、バスタブも広く浅く使い勝手がとても良かった！
山側の見える部屋にしたので富士山が見えてとても良かった！
シャンプーとコンディショナーも髪に馴染んで乾いた後も良かった！

ろくな街ではない
Pros:

施設内やサービスなどはいつも利用しているだけにとてもよい

Cons:

このホテルの周囲が工事中で、真っ暗なので通行中に転倒した。
指の爪はわれて出血、膝下のところは大きなこぶができ内出血

この程度で済んだが誰もいないところだし助けも来ないばしょ


この行政はしっかりと安全対策を怠っている。
夜間救急医療センターまで行って手当したほどです。

初めはホテルスタッフはぽーっとしている者でしたが上司には私の富士市内に住む友人から連絡が行くと急に対応変わってとても良いサービスするようになりました。

宿泊後のスケジュールは全てキャンセルとなりました。

ホテルは対応してくれたのでホテルは悪くない

この富士市と言う行政がとても悪い。
東海道新幹線沿いの新富士駅南側はとても暗くて歩けない事ば間違いないです。
