Exceptional Hospitality and a Home Away from Home at Seda Ayala
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at SEDA Ayala and would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, and other amenities within the Ayala area.

What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

As a frequent traveller, I particularly appreciated the consistency in service quality and the attention to guest comfort. My experience at SEDA Ayala has left a very positive impression, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Seda Residences Makati.

I go to Makati Medical Center for my quarterly check-up, and Seda Residences Makati has truly become my preferred place to stay whenever I am in the area. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth, welcoming, and well-handled.

I enjoyed every part of my stay — the room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff really knew how to take care of their guests. I also always look forward to the food, especially the buffet, because it is consistently delicious and satisfying.

Overall, Seda Residences Makati made my stay convenient, relaxing, and enjoyable. It is definitely the place I would choose again whenever I need to be near Makati Med.

The pool was nice

Cons:

Youu had to follow up several times for requests. The guards were nice downstairs but the front desk had a little bit more time to frown than smile that day. To borrow a plate, you had to pay 200 for a kitchenette, this is not experienced in other hotels. We weren't asking for much, neither were we gonna take it home. No combs when this is a basic necessity for other hotels. Room service had to be followed up twice.
