It has been a month now and they still didn't transfer my deposit and they are charging me twice of this incidental charges which I have already settled during my check out. Both invoices having the same breakdown. The room provided stink and many water drifting from the ceiling. Instead of offering a different room they only sent their house keeping but couldn't help fix anything. I requested for cleaning and changing the towels and bedsheets, they didn't change anything, very dirty! Most of receptionist were not helpful but giggled a lot with foreign guys. If I will not receive my deposit it is stealing from a guest.

Overall okay it was at the center of the cbs good location lots of food options convenient

Amazing stay
Pros:

I had an amazing overnight stay at Seda Residences Makati. The bed linens were clean, smelled fresh, and were soft. I had a good sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and rested. I enjoyed my stay so much that I forgot to take photos of the room. The location is conveniently situated near restaurants, a hospital, and malls. The night view was stunning—it offered beautiful city lights. I will definitely go back!
