I recently stayed at Seda Residences Makati and I had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. Sir PJ, the supervisor on duty, was very jolly and friendly. He gave us many wine choices and explained them well, which I really liked. I was also craving something sweet that day, and Ireesh from the Lobby Café helped me choose from different pastries. She recommended their best seller Classic Ensaymada partnered with an Americano coffee, and it was a perfect combo. The pastry was fresh and delicious, and I was very satisfied with it. Their excellent service and hospitality made my stay more enjoyable. Seda Residences Makati is a highly recommended hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Seda Residences Makati as a couple with our baby over the weekend when the power outages were implemented. Seda truly saved us.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the kid’s play area; it was a nice bonus and made the stay more enjoyable for our son. The location was very convenient as well.
Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and we would gladly come back.

Customer service was amazing.. All of the staff gave highest of hospitality, great food for breakfast.. The manager PJ was accomodating, he always smile and very responsive in our request during breakfast time.. Carl barista make a great coffee every morning..

Overall with excellent experience. Reservation agent Ms. Casandra is very much accomodating and prompt in responding.

Its a must to go, thank you to all breakfast team specially to Vhon for assisting me to egg stations and Celyn for being attentive despite the crowd, and to Jasmin for her initiative and team!

The best hotel in Makati! The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. It's the only hotel we stay in in Makati.

I liked the comfortable bed,it was nice to sleep in, breakfast was ok,the best thing about hotel was the view from the 35th floor.

The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely accommodating. Every stay has been smooth and comfortable, and I always feel well taken care of from check-in to check-out. The facilities are outstanding, the location is convenient, and the overall service keeps me coming back every time I’m in Manila. Highly recommended.
