Pros:

房間的一切都很好，空間充足、乾淨，地點也很方便。

Cons:

大多數人員都很棒，只有一位下午班還晚班的櫃檯女生態度很差，checkin時態度就很差了，隔一天中午才跟櫃檯確認 in room massage 可以掛房帳用押金付，傍晚回來請她安排又說不行，得再去換披索才能支付。除了這個櫃檯人員之外一切都好。

Not really clean. Your pillows needs to be changed it smells bad and was not able to sleep. I asked the front desk and the cleaner they just changed the pillow case

Excellent location with convenient access to shopping, dining, and business districts. The property is exceptionally clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

Cons:

While the property itself was excellent, the breakfast experience was occasionally affected by guests conducting phone conversations on speaker mode in common dining areas. Although this is outside the direct control of management, a courtesy policy encouraging the use of headphones or private conversations could help preserve the quiet and comfortable atmosphere that many guests value.

Family Staycation for my birthday
Pros:

My family loved it. One of our 2-bedroom suites got upgraded to a 3 bedroom. The birthday cake and treats were so good and thoughtful. Thank you SEDA makati.

Bride and Groom cannot complain!!!
Pros:

SEDA rooftop has been our go tonpkace for date.So when we are looking for a venue for an intimate wedding , SEDA was top of the list!

They took care of every queries and request we had. We even had our pre nup there too!

Everything we envisioned for our wedding reception celebration was spot on. Nikka for the reception booking and Tin for room reservations are so helpful! Totally commendable combo!!!
