Atleast keep the basic things clean
Pros:

Situated at good location
Food was good

Cons:

Electric kettle was very dirty , cups and glasses kept in the room were not properly cleaned , bed sheet was dirty

Pros:

Only location is good rest is pathetic about hotel.
Cleanliness at room was ok..room has seepage smell .

Cons:

There was no toilet roll in the bathroom.
No hand towels were given.
Hot water is available only 6 am to 10 pm.
Breakfast was not a buffet you have to wait as you do in the table system.
The set up box was not activated. TV started after almost 2 hrs after making so many complaints.
The landline phone was dead .you can use mobile for room service.
I stayed there for the night as my son has exams nearby..

Bad experience
Pros:

Food was good . Location was easily accessible.

Cons:

Room was not clean . Washroom was dirty with unpleasant smell. AC was not working properly. They didn't respond on room service number. staff behaviour was rude. TV was not in working condition.
