Pros:

1. Breakfast was good, freshly prepared. There was ample choice for an Indian.
2. Airconditioning in the room was superb.
3. Staff who helped us with our luggage was helpful and proactive.

Cons:

1. Bed linen was'nt clean.
2. There were cockroaches in the room.
3. Bathroom amenities were missing initially when we checked in but later on, only 2 small soap bars were provided.
4. The Receptionist at Check-In was sleeping when we reached. He was woken up by the Bell attendant. While doing the Check In, he seemed confused and it appeared as if he did not know what he was doing. He was so zapped that he literally attached our Photo ID scans with the Reg. Card of some other guest and added our payment details to someone else's booking.
5. The hotel is Couple friendly as mentioned on the C/In counter but while we were Checking In, there was a couple who checked in besides us, and their ID's were not taken for scanning.
6. We paid a deposit towards our room on C/In, but no receipt was provided. Upon asking for it, the staff behind the desk stated that this is a popular hotel and your payment is safe here !!

There is no privacy in the hotel, at midnight someone knocking my door continuously, I ask him that who is there, the person out side standing says first open the door than I'll tell you who I am. I was scared I called to reception but there is no one to pick up the call. I was mentally Harassed by him, I need compansation for this from hotel

Cons:

We were denied entry in this hotel. I informed about our train being late due to foggy weather, and did the partial payment as well, still alloted rooms to walk-i guest. When we asked about our room the front desk staff said you need to pay Rs. 300 more to get the room. The man missed behaved like anything saying "tum mera kuch nai ukhaad paoge".

Such a worst exp..

Booking.com, you must blacklist such cheap and fraduster hotel from your website. We had to stay at Rani Kamplapati Railway station in chilling cold weather, the whole night.
