Great place to visit and stay! Friendly staff, namely, to mention Elmin at reception, very helpful gentleman. He provided great service and valuable recommendations at reception while registration. Breakfast quality and venue were excellent. Unique choice for family trip!

Disappointing experience
Pros:

Overall it was ok but we will not go back there for sure. Food was very bad ( buffet dinner in Menzere restaurant), room was not clean when we checked in ( lots of hair on the bathroom floor!!!), no one was in the kids club to look after the child (2 visits during 1 night stand)…

Pros:

Overall we had a good time with my family. Food was good, rooms clean. Personnel helpful. But I want to mention one hiccup: I reserved suite room for four adults and they provided two sofas for two adults to sleep. As can be seen from pictures, sofas are not same size and one of them is smaller. They suggested to provide extra bed with charge. It sounded not fair to allocate room for four adults without proper beds.

Nature and the view over the valley and Caspian sea is great. Food is good and a good place to relax and still find enough to do and enjoy.
Wi-Fi must be stronger, but overall a good place.

Clean and comfortable room with beautiful view of mountains, lakes around and Caspian sea. Very friendly staff and goos facilities. We loved an outdoor pool with a panoramic view, amazing that the hotel was almost full, yet it was a very quiet and relaxing stay. There few hiking trails around the place, you can visit ruins of Chirag Tower built in VI century as part of Great Silk Road defense system, worth exploring. Breakfast and dinner buffet had lots of choices. The hotel has medical
package offers with free natural mineral water wells. The hotel staff even made a surprise birthday table and cake for my spouse which was such a wonderful touch, we enjoyed our stay a lot and definitely coming back.
