Excellent place for an Austin holiday.
Pros:

Restaurant options were great. Rooftop pool was fun.

Cons:

If we could have seen the fireworks from the roof it would have been perfect.

World Class Experience
Pros:

My experience and stay at the Omni downtown Austin was a World class experience. The front desk personnel were extremely polite and helpful. However, the restaurant was something to live for.. i will be staying here every time I come back through Austin.

Real @ss Dude
Pros:

Disappointing stay. The WiFi was slow and constantly disconnected, which made it difficult to get anything done. On top of that, a manager named Mario was acting extremely unprofessionally in the lobby and repeatedly telling people he was a “real @ss dude.” Definitely not what I expected from an Omni property.

Pros:

This place blows crap room crap service smells like urine and the manager doesn't have a clue of what hes doing he couldn't manage a lemonade stand let alone a hotel -10 stars worst hotel experience ever also they run a prostitution racket out of there.

A lovely relaxing break in a quality hotel.
Pros:

Well appointed room and good hotel facilities. Centrally located too - walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars

Cons:

Parking very expensive. Pool bar unmanned midweek. Menu not very varied either

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Great hotel in a fabulous location. I thought the staff were lovely and so helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I highly recommend Omni who provide consistent, and excellent customer service.

מלון מהמם עם בר נחמד, חדר יפה ומודרני ,מרווח ונקי מאוד, מיקום מושלם 2 דקות ברגל מהברים והמועדונים של רחוב 6 המפורסם , תחבורה ציבורית. בסמוך למלון ,צוות. נהדר ושירותי.

הכל היה מושלם , נהנינו מאוד מהשהות והיינו בוחרים שוב באותו מלון

Very displeased for price

We enjoyed the location...bartender Seth was very nice

Cons:

18th floor had a really weird smell. Left stuffy and congested. Wife and I both had breathing issues. Price for room was unfortunately not worth it. I would definitely stay somewhere else after these issues. We also had to wait over 45 minutes after check in time to get into our room. Once we got up to our room and staff said it was done, we still had a maid in our room for 10 minutes trying to finish up. When we left room over few days we would automatically be able to breath better but on return be ome congested and irritated again from hotel

Great hotel with great staff!
Pros:

Great location in Austin. Front desk staff were so kind and welcoming, and never steered us wrong with a recommendation. The room, pool, and gym were very clean and relaxing. Loved our stay, we will be back again.

They've got service down to an art!
Pros:

I was honestly blown away by the service I experienced at the Austin OMNI. Every single staff member I had interactions with over my 3 day stay was so pleasant, helpful and overall made my stay so much better.
They obviously have done a great job with training their staff to care and watch for little ways they can surprise & delight their guests.
A+ from this Canadian!

Lage ist perfekt ! Vom Flughafen mit Bus super zu erreichen ! Besser gehts nicht !

Die Kaffeautomaten beim Frühstück sind leider nur für den Hausgebrauch , hier müssen Profigeräte her !
