Pros:

Minden nap kaptunk új törölközőt. A szállás mellett közvetlenül egy bár van, ahol nagyon finom reggelit lehet kapni, szemben pedig egy tipikus olasz étterem, ahol nagyon finom eredeti ételeket lehet enni.

Cons:

A lakás felszereltsége gyakorlatilag nulla. A hűtőn kívül nincs semmi, se kávéfőző, se teafőző, se mikró. Érkezésünkkor az asztal morzsás volt, a kézmosót csak másnap töltötték fel. A wc papír elfogyott, míg ott voltunk, de nem töltöttek újra. A szoba és a konyha is a szomszédos ház szemetes tárolójára nyílik, így nem lehet szellőztetni, sőt a szomszéd épület (talán kollégium) konyhájában dolgozók az ablak alá járnak cigarettázni. 15 perc sétára van a Terminitől, de ezzel tisztában voltunk.

Nice and comfortable
Pros:

Good location, with supermarkets nearby, close to buses and trams (though buses and trams in Rome are not very reliable or punctual) and walking distance from the center, if you enjoy walking. The apartment was nice and quiet even though there was a bar downstairs, the beds were very comfortable, and there was air conditioning. It was great that there were 2 showers (one in each bedroom), despite there being a single bathroom. There was plenty of hot water, and the water pressure was good. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

Given that the apartment has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, there should have been 4 chairs at the kitchen table, not just 3 (and there wasn't even any chair or stool in the bedrooms that we could go get, so one of us had to stand). Some (most?) of the pots and pans in the cupboard were not suitable for the induction stove. The smallest room could use a small wardrobe, the largest could use a mirror.
