Was not offered help during checkin with heavy bags. I needed to ask for a trolley, which took a long time to arrive.
No parking lot for rental cars

Bad breakfast, fermented fruit, omlette with no taste . It was bad we could not change the AC fan.

Dobra lokalizacja, tuż przy dworcu kolejowym, umożliwiająca szybkie i stosunkowo tanie przemieszczanie się po regionie. Smaczne śniadania (chociaż bez wielkich urozmaiceń), sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa.
Miejsce w którym położony jest hotel jest praktyczne (tuż przy dworcu kolejowym), jednak z tego powodu nie jest to zbyt urocza i emanująca włoskim klimatem lokalizacja.

The hotels location. Very little to do in Mestre itself. You need to use the train each time.

There was no iron in the room and when I went to the ironing time…the iron’s didn’t even work, had to wear the same outfit from previous night coz I was running late from waiting
Clean, accessible and confortable
The hotel was great, in a great location and the staff was super nice, specially Valeria who helped us with the check in and gave us advice on how to use the transport
Overall, it was a really nice hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. We arrived late at night, but the girl at the front desk was very welcoming and eager to help. The room itself was modern and clean, and the location was great for us, as it was close to the train station (we were there for only one night and left in the morning)
The rooms were not soundproof - we could hear the wheels of every single luggage in the hall, and it wasn't very pleasant. We were in two separate rooms (next to each other), and each of us experienced the same. I heard it even with my earplugs. For one night, it was fine even though we arrived late and needed a good sleep. Maybe in other rooms it's fine.
