Cons:

Bathroom floor had hair on it, as well as inside the tub. Macaroni on the bathroom floor! Weed smell in the elevator. My mistake….too far from our destination in OKC.

Staff was nice and helpful.
Pros:

The location was close to the VA Hospital. Typical hotel breakfast was ok.

Cons:

No coffee available in the room had to come down to the lobby.

Probaly will not stay at this facility again.
Pros:

The location was easy to access. The front desk person was cheerful and welcoming.

Cons:

The quality of breakfast was disappointing. When we arrived at 830 most of the food was gone. The flow to get to the food was disorganized. There was one person trying to restock while a couple other employees were just chatting at the front desk.
The noise from highway was disrupting during sleep. The matress were very hard and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Very clean and modern facility. Staff was exceptionally accommodating and kind. Hot breakfast was served in the morning very good. Would recommend this Best Western very highly.
