Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Fehlern
Pros:

Das Hotel scheint relativ neu zu sein. Das Zimmer war groß gut ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank, TV und Mikrowelle. Es gab 2 Doppelbetten und einen Sessel. Man konnte sich in der Lobby stets Kaffee holen der auch gut geschmeckt hat. Somit habe ich die fehlende Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer nicht vermisst. Man kann im Hotel seine Wäsche waschen (im. 2. OG pro Waschladung 3$ in Quarter + weitere 3$ für den Trockner), ein Pool + kleinem Fitnessstudio sind auch vorhanden. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend, auch das Wifi ist gut. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer in der unteren Etage was sehr hoch und damit „hallten“ alle Geräusche. Vom Fenster aus sahen wir direkt auf den Pool und die Poolgäste konnten direkt in Zimmer schauen 😟 hier wäre eine Blickdichte Folie sehr hilfreich. So mußten wir den Vorhang ständig zu lassen. Am 2. Tag nutzte eine Familie mit vielen Kindern den Pool bis Abends für eine Poolparty.

Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general, everyone was really nice and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like that the water was cold the first night, but we knew other people were showering at the same time, so we just waited to take one until later on the night and it was fine!

Excellent facility for an affordable price.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and location was ideal. 20min anywhere you wanted to go in the city.

Cons:

I wasnt able to get a waffle at breakfast due to rude children and parents staying at the hotel. Waited for 20min just to make a waffle and the parents would not wrangle their kids. Not the hotels fault but maybe add stricter rules on hogging the Breakfast bar.

Nice place to stay if you're passing through Oklahoma.
Pros:

The customer service by Demont at check-in was excellent. After a long drive he made us laugh and forget about how tired we were. The rooms was perfect, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Water for shower would get cold, then hot, so it wasn't consistent. Also, my daughter and I were excited about making yogurt parfaits in the morning but the yogurt had turned bad. We ended up throwing away the parfaits and wasted toppings of fresh blueberries, strawberries and granola. :(

The front desk clerk. Eryka “with a y” as she stated. She was very rude over the phone even told me there were no more rooms available “I’ll have to find somewhere else to stay” I called the reservation line and of course there were several rooms available. I complained to the day shift staff and the manager was supposed to get in touch with me but I have not heard from anyone. I stayed there because I had a doctors appt right up the street. I drove almost 4 hrs to OKC. Other than that”Eryka with a y” my stay was fine. She’s very much rude until you’re in her face

Quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I wanted.
Pros:

Excellant. Also had a pot pie for dinner and it was good. Did not have to go out.

Cons:

RIght by outside door on 1st floor and found it open twice, people went out it but did not close all the way. Kind of concerning. Advised staff member at desk. She checked it.

Friendly staff. Property appeared new and in nice shape.

Cons:

Bathroom floor had hair on it, as well as inside the tub. Macaroni on the bathroom floor! Weed smell in the elevator. My mistake….too far from our destination in OKC.
