Eine sehr nette Unterkunft - hat für den Preis aber auch noch Luft nach oben.,
Pros:

Lage war perfekt - 50m neben dem Aufstieg zur Burg. Das Personal war wirklich bemüht und immer sehr freundlich und herzlich. Trotz Zimmer direkt beim Aufzug war es relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in einen Licht-Hof und keine Klimaanlage - Lüftung/Kühlung war daher sehr schwierig. Frühstücksbuffet war zwischenzeitlich komplett leer (wurde auf Nachfrage aber aufgefüllt).

Mit Ausnahme des Frühstücks war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
Pros:

Die Juniorchefin und die Rezeptionistin waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.
Das Ambiente ist super.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück, vor allem am ersten Tag eine Katastrophe. Es wurde ganz langsam und nur auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt und ständig waren die Platten und Saftkrüge leer. Die Brötchen waren altbacken. Am zweiten Tag war es allerdings besser.
