Worth the money
Pros:

It is a very good place what is the money with a lot of facility? Very well connected and no costume and the possibility to receive packages.

Cons:

Drumar a little bit small and there is no wardrobe

Pros:

The room, whilst small, was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. A small fridge was provided also which was helpful.

The hotel feels a little bit like a hostel with a communal kitchen and laundry facilities in the basement which was helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit hard to find and is quite hidden away in a quiet part of the city. There was little activity in the evenings. The nearest metro stop is a moderate walk. However there are lots of busses nearby and the Jongmyo sShrine is very close.

周りのホテルに空きがなければ可
Pros:

繁華街のホテルと違い夜、付近はとても静かです。
24時間のコンビニやスーパーもあり地下に簡易的なコンビニもあります。（24h）
ランドリールームも備えてあり地下のコンビニで軽食やカップ麺も食べられます。

宿泊中に火災報知器の誤作動がありました。
私は非喫煙者で電子タバコの類も吸いません。
すぐにスタッフの方が報知器のトラブルである旨伝えてくれて大騒ぎになりませんでした。
しばらく窓が閉められないなどはありましたが大丈夫だよと声をかけてくれ安心しました。
7階でしたが水圧も問題なし。
エアコンのききもばっちりでした。
広蔵市場まで徒歩圏内。
DDP（東大門）もぎりぎり徒歩圏内です。

Cons:

周りが静かな反面、夜中にホテルに戻るときにホテル前までタクシーが行ってくれない場合
ホテルに行くまでの細道が少し不安に感じるかもしれません。
安宿特有の部屋の狭さ。
もちろんトイレとシャワーは同じですしシャワーカーテンすらありません。
あとは排水溝が気にならない程度ですが少し匂います。
コンセントの位置が少し遠いのでコードの長いものを持って行った方が良いです。

ホテルに着くまでが物凄い細い道を通るためホテル前まで行ってくれるタクシーと行ってくれないタクシーがあります。
もちろん迎車を呼ぶ際もホテル前ですと時間がかかり前に来てくれないタクシーもいます。
30秒ほど歩いて大きい通りに出ると良いですがそこがひと手間かかる感じですね。
急遽韓国行きを決めたので数少ない空いてるホテルからこちらをチョイスしました。
良いホテルだとは思いますが近々の予約でなければ同価格帯でもう少し利便性の高いホテルがいくつもありますのでわざわざこちらに泊まる必要はないかなという気はします。
