Hotel comodo per un soggiorno breve
Pros:

L'hotel è in ottima posizione: facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e vicinissimo al centro. La struttura è un po' datata, ma molto ben tenuta. La colazione è buona, ma si potrebbe fare di meglio. Il personale è gentile e professionale.

Cons:

L'hotel affaccia su una piazza abbastanza rumorosa (ubriachi che cantano, nettezza urbana, ambulanze, ...). Questo è stato un problema soprattutto perché la nostra stanza era al primo piano.

Pros:

Firenze S.M.N駅やトラム駅からのアクセスもよく、観光地へも全て徒歩で移動できる立地の良さ。朝食も十分な質と量。ホテル近辺には飲食店も豊富にあるので、朝食は外で食べることもできる。
スタッフはフレンドリーで、困りごとに対してはすぐに対応してくれた。

Cons:

シャワーブースが狭く、シャワーが弱い。ドライヤーも備え付けであるため、パワーがないです。

Great location with a few minor flaws
Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect — right on the square, just a 5–7 minute walk from the train station and the airport tram stop, with a supermarket nearby.
The interior has a vintage feel, but the furniture is far from worn out, everything is clean and well-maintained. Good size of the room, spacious enough. There were two armchairs, mini bar, blackout shutters and reliable Wi-Fi in the room. It was warm in the room in February.
The breakfast was a delight with a good selection of pastries, omelets, ham, and fruit.

Cons:

The biggest downside is the bathroom: it only has a rainfall showerhead without a flexible hose, making it impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. The hairdryer is very old and underpowered.
There is no tea kettle in the room.
It can be noisy at night with the window open, and since the windows are placed high, it’s difficult to enjoy the view of the square if you are not tall.
The room key comes with a very heavy and inconvenient keychain.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this hotel, and it is honestly the first time I find myself giving such a low rating.

The main issue was the lack of temperature control in the room. The air conditioning was fixed on heating mode, making the room uncomfortably hot to the point where it was difficult to breathe or sleep. While the hotel provided fans, they were ineffective against the stifling heat. Because the hotel is located on a main square, the street noise was far too loud to leave the windows open for fresh air.

Beyond the physical discomfort, I was extremely disappointed by the service. When I approached the front desk to discuss these issues, the staff member was unprofessional and raised his voice at me. Most disturbingly, despite me presenting my European passport, he began shouting about my Israeli identity in front of other guests. This felt unnecessary, personal, and left me feeling targeted and deeply uncomfortable.

The only positive I can mention is that the breakfast was decent, but it certainly doesn't compensate for the lack of basic comfort and the poor treatment by the staff. If you are looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay in Florence, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.
