Florença é sem duvida uma cidade a visitar .
Pros:

O hotel está situado numa ampla praça, em plena zona central, a poucos passos da estação do metro de superfície — o que é especialmente prático para quem chega à cidade e opta por usar o metro para ir e vir do aeroporto. Além disso, encontra-se muito próximo das principais zonas turísticas de Florença. No entanto, na minha opinião, o ponto mais fraco do hotel é o pequeno-almoço, que se revelou apenas bom para a categoria do alojamento.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, só o pequeno almoço é que poderia ser um pouco mais variado.

Это не номер в отеле, это были апартаменты в соседнем здании
Лифт в нем отсутствует, с большими чемоданами как у нас это было мучение
Под окном расположен бар, поэтому спокойного сна не будет, так как в апартаментах ужасная звукоизоляция...
Номер предназначен для 6 человек, но всего один туалет в котором одна очень маленькая раковина ...
Чтобы сходить на завтрак надо одеть верхнюю одежду, потому что придётся идти через улицу в соседнее здание

الموقع مقابل محطة القطارات وقريب من المحلات المعامله راقيه يخدمونك بما تريد واخصبالشكر السيد ايمانويل بشوش ومبتسم يساعد ويرد على الاسئله برحابة صدر ومنتهى الرقي كما اخص السيده الشقراء في اخر يوم عند خروجنا من الفندق ساعدت بكل رحابه وباقي الموظفين كلهم بشوشين اداره ممتازه سأكرر الزياره لهذا الفندق احببته انا وعائلتي شكرا لكم جميعا

Alles. Vor allem die Aufenthaltsräume sind alle total alt und unsauber. Man fühlt sich absolut unwohl. Ebenfalls ist das Personal sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und überhaupt nicht serviceorientiert. Der Frühstücksraum ist eine absolute Katastrophe.
