Wonderful hotel in excellent location to discover Florence gems
Pros:

Excellent location - minutes from the train station and walking distance to all major Florence attractions. Comfortable refurbished rooms overlooking the lovely piazza and cathedral. Good bathroom with excellent shower. Adequate breakfast in the morning. Very helpful front office staff - nothing was too much for them.

Cons:

Breakfast area is a little small and can be full during busy times. The air-conditioning controls in the room only allowed heating so room was a little warm in the night - opening window not an option because of noise from the piazza. We visited in early April - may be this will be corrected for peak summer months

Отличный отель! Персонал самый лучший- для них очень важно насколько гость будет доволен, что очень редко можно встретить!
Они любят свою работу и стараются своих гостей сделать счастливыми!
Нам разрешили выходить на трассу и встретили нас бутылочкой замечательного вина!
Чистота идеальная! Интерьер продуманный, очень уютно, стильно и красиво!
Кровати удобные!
У нас был номер с двумя ванными комнатами, что для 3 девушек было очень удобно! В ванной есть всё необходимое, причём хорошего качества!
На завтраке было всё очень свежее и вкусное! Было много разнообразной еды!
Нам ОЧЕНЬ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ!

Cons:

Не понравилось окно в двор-колодец, немного было слышно вытяжку, идущую от кухни на крышу.

Lovely hotel in the centre for a moderate budget trip!
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The cleaning staff were great. They kept a close eye on the needs of the guest in the room. Mini bar was replenished regularly. Same with toiletries. The view from the room was fab too!
There is a taxi rank right opposite the hotel. And that was helpful. Also they kept in mind every detail about my requests. The hotel has an old world charm about, and it was close to everything. From the river to duomo to museums!

Cons:

Since the weather changed, it became very hot on the rooms. It definitely needed the central ac to start working.
I could open my room window, but it was very noisy outside, so it hindered with my sleep.
Also their key system needs to upgrade.
The key to our rooms had a keyring that was as heavy as a stone and it was massive! It made our bags so heavy and could not be carried in pockets either.
Also they need to do up the breakfast room and the lobby. The breakfast room barely had space for everyone, and it was also slightly dark. The hotel was super busy and there was no space to get around the buffet. And the lobby looks very outdated. Desperate need for tlc.
