Perfectly located, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is excellent, easy for all attractions and train station etc. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Quarto confortável, limpo, silencioso, blackout completo nas janelas, ducha com excelente pressão de água, tudo muito limpo. Localização perfeita no centro histórico. Deram-nos upgrade de quarto e guardaram minhas malas e de amigos que não estavam hospedados no hotel no check out. Funcionários muito simpáticos, muito facilitadores.

Casal e 3 filhos viajando de férias.
Pros:

Funcionários atenciosos. Viajei com minha esposa e meus 3 filhos, que foram recebidos com pantufas e caderno de pintura. Houve cuidado na arrumação do quarto com berço. Quarto e banheiros bem limpos.

Pros:

Nice hotel in the Santa Maria Novella Square. Close to the train station and to the Dome. There are many restaurants close by. The room was large, clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast had enough food to chose from.

Cons:

My only regret was that the room was at the attic and it didn't have a view over the square.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

Beautiful building in a perfect location! We had a lovely view of Santa Maria Novella from our window. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the train station or the Arno, and 10 minutes to the Duomo. Beautiful high ceiling room and nice breakfast with very friendly staff. And dog friendly!
