L'accueil, la propreté, le confort de la literie, les équipements (climatisation réglable, la salle de bains, télévision). Proximité de parkings gratuits.
Il manque un mini-frigo dans les chambres. Équipement qui devient de plus en plus Indispensable. Et, éventuellement, 1 ou 2 chaînes TV françaises (3, c'est peu).
