Cons:

You must change the bathroom exhaust fan. It is too noisy. For only a few dollars you can replace it with a Panasonic with only a noise level of 3 sones and make your guests comfortable.
NO AC and NO cross ventilation and a Noisy fan made us roast in 75 degree weather. A good fan could have made our stay better. Poor allocation of resources.

Pretty nice for a last minute hotel change.
Cons:

The water in the shower did not get hot in the mornings and the tub did not drain well so there was a few inches of water in it while taking a shower.
