Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was as needed.

Cons:

Personally, I was rather disappointed with the breakfast. I didn't think there was much choice and quality was only alright.

Just okay and expensive for what you get
Pros:

Great location. Close to the city centre. Good views.

Cons:

The room was very noisy, we were right next to the lift and the boilers, and at night it was a nightmare to sleep. Also, the shower did not work properly; only a small amount of water came out, and we couldn´t regulate the temperature.

Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Ein schönes, grosses Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, um schnell aus der Stadt zu sein. Mit dem Bus ist die Stadt problemlos in 15 min erreichbar.

Lovely staff, great location, underwhelming quality
Pros:

Location was nice staff friendly room looked nice with decent view, bed was relatively comfy

Cons:

Room was extremely warm and the blinds and curtains where basically useless , elevator needs to be fixed we took one trip up to our room and the rest was stairs, very shakey and creaky.

Staff in all areas were the most friendly ever. The food was also very nice.

Cons:

It was quite cold im restaurant and reception area. The decor is old and tired but beds comfy. Bedroom way too warm. Bathrooms very very old.

Lovely hotel and the outskirts for a getaway
Pros:

Booked for my In-Laws as they had an event to go to close by. Upgraded to an executive suite. Room was lovely. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

They did not mention anything that stood out that they did not like.
