Stay was good.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the location is good.

Cons:

The bathroom has a weird smell of like something damp that has been stuck in an enclosed room for a long time. Also, the end of the bathroom curtain has stains in them that badly needs cleaning.

An ok stay.
Pros:

Close to where my work commitment was happening. A nice warm room. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful.
At least I was offered a late check out after the room mix up

Cons:

The room I booked wasn't the room I got, there was no bed for me! Even though the room was booked for 3 adults. A camp bed was set up. But it was comfortable...

Please speed up the restaurant service.
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel in a great location. It is very clean and modern and has everything you expect and need. Staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant is AWFUL. Nice food and nice staff but everything takes forever. A two course meal took well over 2 hours and ruined our evening plans. Main course and drinks were slow to start with but after we had finished main course we sat for ages before anyone came near us to offer dessert menu. When they brought the menus we sat for over half an hour and eventually had to go and find someone to ask if we could please order. It is such a pity as otherwise it is a perfect place to stay.
