The room was very spacious staff was friendly

Cons:

Sorry but the food was awful for the prices I was charged 25 euro for what was supposed to be crispy pork belly it was nowhere near it and the portion size was horrendous it was cold we waited over 20mins to be even recognised had to get up and ask for menus then we ordered food took over 45mins to come out just a pure let down then didn't go to the pool because was not included in the price if we wanted to use the pool we had to pay extra...just very let down especially the food

Overall, this hotel was well suited for our needs. While the staff were keen to Help they were not on the same page. Maybe a change over to new staff. We would stay again. Regards

Spacious room with great facilities.
Pros:

The room was an amazing size, so much space!!! The sky box was a lovely touch as you don't normally get tv like that in hotels but we made use of it. Beds were comfy and floor to ceiling curtains definitely added a great touch. Free car park is also a massive bonus so near to the city centre.

Cons:

Pillows were a little too firm for me so would have been nice to maybe be able to change them.
