Pros:

This is a nearly 90 year old building so don't expect the Ritz. Rooms are small, sink is in the room rather than the bathroom, no AC. Coffee is in the lobby, but our room did have a decent sized refrigerator. Microwave in the hall next to ice chest. My main complaint is the WiFi did not work in our room, only in the hall.

Pros:

The building was turn off the century, old, but very charming. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Location great, right where all the cruise ships dock. Just choose a room with ocean view to see all the action.

Quaint Hotel - Friendly People
Pros:

This hotel was built in 1928 so don't expect it to be like a modern day hotel. There is no elevator which makes it difficult for people with disabilities. Very quaint and what is handy is a restaurant right next door and oon the other side a place for ice cream, quick morning breakfast and other delights.

Pros:

This property is very old and in need of renovation. The building is a cool historical building from the early 1900s, but the room offerings are poor with old slumping mattresses and poor ventilation. We arrived on a warm week in Ketchikan and it was extremely stuffy and hot in the rooms. The area was loud, but close to coffee and one of the only restaurants open after cruise ships depart, so that was good.
