Best Western Executive Hotel Of New Haven - West Haven

Room was nice but heard traffic all night. Another location in the hotel might have been different. Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. My husband fell and injured his foot. The desk clerks were very helpful and located a wheelchair to help him get out to the car.

Check in was easy. Everything work. So fart it s a good place

Unfortunately in the middle of the night, about 3:45, some people were yelling loudly at each other and probably woke up the whole floor. Certainly me. And unfortunately this happened about three months ago as well. I can’t blame the hotel for this but I wish people would learn to be respectful of the other guests.

Unfortunately we had a toilet bowl that gave us issues as soon as we walked in. It was not flushed. When I tried to flush it still didn’t go down. They sent a service person, but the problem still wasn’t fixed all weekend. That wasn’t as bad as the time I went downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk and no one was there for about 20 minutes. There was a guest sitting in the lobby at least I thought it was a guess the next day I saw the same man behind the front desk. So in other words, he saw me looking for someone and completely ignored me. Come to find out every Saturday night. There is a card show on the property. There’s at least 20 to 30 cars and motorcycles in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

Overall, it was great for the price.

The shower didn’t drain good and the pillows were lumpy. Otherwise, it was a great and the front desk person that checked me in was so helpful!

Very neat and tidy, in and around the property. All basic necessities available. Good value for money.

Courteous and friendly staff. Room clean but with mild musty smell. Nice hot breakfast, and refreshing lemon infused water dispenser in lobby. I’ll stay again.

We checked in late evening, called front desk for extra linen, within minutes they brought it to our room, very pleased with service, staff were very pleasant !

Central area, walkable ro train station, efficient friendly staff . Noisy traffic on the highway side and the whole building needs updating but overall a nice experience.

Room service was great made sure we had everything we needed daily. Front desk very helpful. Was quiet until last night party on 2nd floor people running up and down hallway child kicked our door very hard around 2am. I believe mother worked for hotel and had family party out of control my husband got up and went out they quieted down after that.Overall the place was great though.

This is a wonderful property. Location was great. We took advantage of the huge pool , the free breakfast and the easy access to the surrounding area. The room was large, clean, filled with everything you need to make a comfortable stay. I would go back to this property.
