Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Generally described as very clean in multiple reviews ('very clean', 'clean and modern', 'room was cleaner than I expected'), though a few guests reported a dirty floor and missing supplies, so overall cleanliness is strong but not perfect.
Service
9.9
Service is consistently praised — multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff (Nate, Marie) who went above and beyond, efficient check-in/out and staff recognizing members; this justifies a top-tier score.
Location
8.7
Location is convenient (near freeway, restaurants, shopping) and appreciated for travel, but there are repeated complaints about street noise and some pool/noise disturbance from the property location, slightly reducing the score.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms are often described as small, lacking storage (no closet/dresser), cramped, with issues like awful pillows, noisy AC, low refrigerators and limited seating; positive cleanliness and comfortable beds help but room layout and amenities lower this score.
Amenities
8.9
Lobby activities, pool, games, and other on-site amenities are highlighted and family-friendly. Some negatives (pool closing early, AC work in common areas) are noted but amenities are overall a strong point.
Value for Money
8.7
Several guests felt the price was fair or worth it given cleanliness, service and breakfast; a few noted the breakfast cost wasn't worth it. Overall perceived as good value with minor reservations.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast is polarizing: many call it exceptional/awesome, others report poor quality (overcooked bacon, powdery eggs). Mixed but generally positive due to frequency of praise.
Overall Experience
10
Most reviewers would stay again and highlight outstanding staff and clean rooms; despite some room-size and noise issues, the overall guest experience is highly positive.
