Pros:

Minha experiência foi uma grata surpresa! O quarto é confortável, com excelente custo-benefício e uma vista maravilhosa da varanda. A localização também é ótima, pertinho do Shopping Pátio Brasil, o que facilitou bastante minha estadia.
A cama é confortável, o chuveiro muito bom e tudo no quarto funcionou perfeitamente. Além disso, o atendimento do anfitrião foi excelente, sempre atencioso e prestativo.
Com certeza voltarei!

Desde a reserva, atendimento pré hospedagem até as minhas diárias no hotel. Foi uma experiência muito satisfatória. Na próxima oportunidade, estarei novamente neste hotel.

Do atendimento, conforto e localização.

Cons:

No informe da reserva falaram que a troca das roupas de cama e toalhas se daria a cada 3 dias, e isso não aconteceu. Os equipamentos da academia estavam danificados também e não foi possível fazer uso de alguns aparelhos. No mais foi tudo muito bom!

Espetacular! Custo benefício excelente, muito bem localizado, hotel com infraestrutura completa, quarto amplo e extremamente completo, proporcionou conforto e muita comodidade nessa viagem que fiz a trabalho.

Cons:

Não é relacionado diretamente a estadia, mas acho que o café da manhã ofertado pelo hotel (já que nao está incluso na estadia) tem um valor muito elevado pelo o que oferece (R$70,00). Poderia haver alguma opção para contratar o café da manhã para todos os dias com um desconto.
