A limpeza ruim do apartamento, sem disponibilidade travesseiros e toalhas extras, e cobrança escessiva para limpeza extra (que não seria cobrado em outros hoteis).

Pros:

Localização muito boa, staff simpático, o Barreto sempre disponível para resolver o que ocorresse, inclusive rapidamente trocando o quarto quando o inicialmente reservado deu problema no ar condicionado.

Cons:

Todas as tomadas do quarto ainda sao no padrão antigo. Issp trouxe algum contratempo, mas o Barreto rapidamente providenciou um adaptador para que eu pudesse carregar meu computador.
E na bancada ha apenas uma tomada, ligada na televisão. É pouco prático ficar alternado os aparelhos naquela única tomada.
Uma coisa curiosa são as placas pouco simpáticas espalhadas pelo quarto advertindo e ameaçando sanções, que causam algum estranhamento. Não sei que tipo de gente andou se hospedando ali, mas como diz o ditado, "se tem placa, tem história"...

Pros:

Boas instalações no geral e um bom custo-benefício. Quarto com bom espaço. Chuveiro esquenta bem. Todos os dias tiravam os lixos e arrumavam o quarto.
Check-in e check-out fáceis e tranquilos.

Cons:

O banheiro tinha respingos de sujeira na parede. A área na cabeceira da cama estava com poeira.

Acabamentos soltos no piso próximo ao banheiro;

Eigentlich nicht schlecht wenn der hohe Lärmpegel nicht wäre
Pros:

Netter Manager,nettes Personal,sauber,Zimmer ganz in Ordnung. Das Zimmer an sich ist nicht das Problem, da es ganz anständig ist.

Cons:

Unglaublicher Lärmpegel durch Clubs in der Nähe bis spät in den Morgen hinein, dazu kam am zweiten Abend eine rücksichtslose Gruppe, die ihre Zimmertüren offen liessen und per Brüllen an und an über die Zimmer hinweg kommunizierten. Ausserdem ist der südliche Unterhaltungssektor nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Clubmusik war einfach mörderisch laut.
