Pros:

No se porque el hotel tiene calificacion tan alta, viaje con mi familia y el cuarto la cama, la mesa y el papel de baño con chinches, me cambiaron de cuarto, pero igual super viejo el hotel, camas duras y con olor a humedad, no lo recomiendo, no entiendo de donde la calificación, solo pase 1 noche.

We reserved through Expedia. I am well aware that in the policy of the hotel they list the pet fees. This hotel said Pets Stay Free. Assuming there’s no fee since our reservation stated pets stay free. We get there and charge my husband 200 pesos per dog. The manager was very dismissive to me. Then we had a mouse climb in our bag. The restaurant was very good. Do not recommend

El hotel está muy sucio lo q son las subidas d las escaleras ese cristal q tienen para subir al piso uno está sucio exagerado x la suciedad d las palomas las habitaciones les hace falta más limpieza y un poco de mantenimiento en sus paredes, la atención de los de el lobby no fue tan mala , también les hace falta una área en el hotel para las personas q les gusta fumar
