Reasonable price but needs major upgrades.

It is close to the airport.

Cons:

Buckets in the hall for leaking plumbing. The rooms were numbered in random order. The toilet needed to fastened more tightly to the floor. The pillows were weird.

Very poor. Must be reviewed by corporate.
Pros:

The only positive thing was the staff. Friendly and helpful.

Cons:

1. TV did not work in my room. Could not be fixed Saturday.
2. WFI did not work in my room. Could not be fixed.
3. Shower did not have hot water. Only warm.
4. No complimentary shower gel. Only soap.
5. Breakfast was very poor. Waffles, toast and old bagels.
6. Parking lot overcrowded. Too small.

The whole experience was very poor.

Pros:

I liked that this was better than sleeping outside.

Cons:

The fire alarm starting going off in my room at around 4 am. When I told the front desk, the person there insisted there were no problems and got angry when I kept asking what I'm supposed to do about the alarm, since it was very loud. Eventually it stoped by itself, but I barely got any sleep.

Booking.com should take this hotel out of their listing.

The location was okay.

Cons:

The staff were unaccommodating. I arrived at the hotel around 10PM. There had been a snow storm earlier that week and the parking lot was not shoveled out and the one parking place I found I could not get in due to the snow. I asked for help and the 23 year old front desk clerk said he could not help me and gave me a shovel to clear the parking space. I explained I am 66 years old with 2 hip replacements and it didn’t seem to matter to him. So I tried to shovel out the space but was unsuccessful. So my car was parked only half way in the space. I travel to Connecticut frequently and stay at this hotel but after my treatment I will NEVER stay there again. Oh and the next day I could not get out of the parking space. I asked another guy that worked there to help me. He did get my car out of the space but when I told about how the 23 year old front desk guy wouldn’t help me, he said “oh he’s from India and is not used to cold weather”. He actually defended the front desk clerk. Worst customer service EVER!!! I will never spend a penny at this location again.
