Location
The bedspread in my room had two large stains and the bathtub had a 6” by 2” rust spot in the middle. While I think both the tub and the bedspread had been washed, the stains made me feel uncomfortable about the room. I have stayed at this property before with better results. My room was number 206 - a business room - more expensive than other rooms I’ve had there. last time I stayed in a newly refurbished room

Breakfast was a great dissappointment!! A brown bag with a small stale muffin, a granola bar, and an apple. Tv didn't work.
Front desk was very helpful with suggestions on how / when to avoid DC traffic. We left before breakfast service, and managed the DC circle easier than had we waited! Bonus, Room had a taller toilet. So much appreciated after 14 hours of driving!!!
Pillows were hard,
Nothing other than I was under a roof with a bed I was scared was dirty .I took pictures because there was garbage already in the room, the hand towel was dirty and wet. Soap was open and used . I got in close to 1am I was exhausted from my long day of traveling so I just passed out .
Mold along the base board . Dirty and just plain nasty. The smell of damp dirty clothes.
Friendly staff hospitality was good, old school hospitality. Knocked at door for wakeup calls, example.
No disabilities amenities toilets are too low.
Near airport with ability to store car for weekend.
Came in from late flight, just before midnight…got ready for bed, pulled down top bedding and ran my hand over a gritty bottom sheet. Yuk
It was convenient to the airport. The shuttle came on time. We were able to park the car there for the week, through a different parking company. The facilities and breakfast were adequate.

Staff is horrible. When I checked in my booking had breakfast but the receptionist mentioned they stopped serving breakfast and it’s a grab and go, however, the next morning when I went for checkout and to get my breakfast bag the next receptionist said today they served full breakfast without notice and now the breakfast is over. I told her about the misinformation, the lady mentioned last night staff will come today night for duty and she can ask him. Whereas I paid the night including breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids. My kids were hungry and lucky there is a McDonalds nearby which I could use as alternative. But the receptionist was rude and never acknowledged the mistake and didn’t even apologize for that. Not sure how booking.com accepts this misinformation. If you don’t serve breakfast have guts to say that! Additionally, there were no water bottles in the room and when asked we were told that they don’t provide any.
