Secret Garden Surprise
Pros:

Beautiful patio & plants and a wonderful place to unwind away from the 20-somethings hostal crowd and the bustle of the city. It is also right at the intersection of all the chicken bus routes, near the lanchas & has some great food puestos right outside the door.

Cons:

Breakfast included in the price would have been great, or an option to add it for a discounted price.

Very nice staff and great location directly on the main road.

Cons:

Not much space in the room itself as two beds were put there. If both beds are needed there is not much space left to put your belongings.

A quiet oasis in Pana!
Pros:

In busy Panajachel, we found a quiet oasis! The room we had was right at the back and away from the road noise. Lovely garden area, very clean and a fab stay, thanks!

Cozy courtyard, clean but basic rooms, friendly staff
Pros:

I was just here for 1 night, after a shuttle from Antigua. The inner courtyard is cozy and peaceful, with lots of plants everywhere. The room was clean but basic with nice typical Guatemalan bedding. Check-out is at 11AM so you can still visit something in the morning without having to pack all you stuff. I went to the Reserva Natural. Breakfast is not included but you can get one in the restaurant at the front of the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Overall, would recommend!

Cons:

Despite the hotel being calm you could still hear noise from the barking dogs and traffic outside as the hotel is situated in the main street. Just take this into account and bring earplugs if you are sensible to noise.

Pros:

Hospedagem simples, porém atende perfeitamente às necessidades. Quarto pequeno e sem tv, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Fica muito bem localizado e tem fácil acesso aos barcos que saem para as demais cidades ao redor do lago.

Cons:

Não havia tv no quarto.

Cons:

Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner dans notre nuit mais nous n’avons pas pu le prendre car départ du bus à 7h30. Ils nous ont pas proposer de prendre une box ce qui est dommage. Nous avons payer un service que nous n’avons pas eu

Pros:

The rooms are tucked behind the restaurant and there is very little street noise. The staff are wonderful and kind. The patio and gardens are beautiful and comfortable and have some seating for relaxing.

Rooms are basic but comfortable enough. There is hot water and plenty of blankets.

Centrally located in Pana, close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Take a tuk tuk or walk to the muelle publico (Tzanjuyu Dock) for transport to the pueblos.

This was our second visit to this hotel, and we would come back again.

Everyone is kind and helpful here.
