Pros:

The rooms are tucked behind the restaurant and there is very little street noise. The staff are wonderful and kind. The patio and gardens are beautiful and comfortable and have some seating for relaxing.

Rooms are basic but comfortable enough. There is hot water and plenty of blankets.

Centrally located in Pana, close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Take a tuk tuk or walk to the muelle publico (Tzanjuyu Dock) for transport to the pueblos.

This was our second visit to this hotel, and we would come back again.

Everyone is kind and helpful here.

Großes und sauberes Zimmer zum verweilen. 5 Minuten vom Zentrum und Touristischen Restaurants und Unterkünften entfernt. Wir empfanden die Lage als sicher und würden wieder hier übernachten.

Pros:

위치 좋고, 직원분들이 친절하고, 더블베드 두개에 짐 펼쳐놓을 공간도 충분합니다
주변이 시끄러운데 밤에는 조용해집니다
가성비가 좋은 듯

Cons:

방을 매일 청소해주거나 수건을 매일 교체해주진 않았어요
좀 쌀쌀해서 침대 하나만 쓰고 이불을 겹쳐서 덮음

Para un par de noches está aceptable
Pros:

Amabilidad del personal que trabaja allí y buena limpieza de las habitaciones.

Cons:

La cocina es solo un un rincón en el patio de 1,5 m2 con pocos utensilios.
Las habitación con 2 camas y apenas espacio para moverte.
La habitación da a un patio y las cortinas muy finas dejan pasar luz hasta tarde en la noche.

MUY BUENA RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO
Pros:

Es un hostal y como tal tiene muy buenos servicios. Está ubicado en zona céntrica pero no es ruidoso. Tiene restaurante en al entrar al hotel

Opción adecuada para viajes cortos
Pros:

El lugar está muy cerca del embarcadero del Lago, sobre la calle principal. Las habitaciones son tal como aparecen en las fotos, el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Lo único malo fue que por la mañana hay algo de ruido por parte del personal que hace el aseo y por la misma ubicación en una calle principal.

The price listed is not the price you will pay
Pros:

This is my second time staying here. I like the central location, the cats, the plants and the fact that it is quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast service is incredibly inefficient even when staff outnumber guests. Most upsetting is that they charged me 50Q more than the price listed on Booking. This did not happen during my first stay and should not be allowed.

Clean, cozy and comfortable
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The outdoor courtyard extended our space and was a relaxing spot. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly.
