The price listed is not the price you will pay
Pros:

This is my second time staying here. I like the central location, the cats, the plants and the fact that it is quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast service is incredibly inefficient even when staff outnumber guests. Most upsetting is that they charged me 50Q more than the price listed on Booking. This did not happen during my first stay and should not be allowed.

Clean, cozy and comfortable
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The outdoor courtyard extended our space and was a relaxing spot. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly.

Bien pour 1 jour ou 2 car très pratique mais peu reposant
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très correct et possibilité de manger au resto jusqu'à 18h.
La chambre est un peu petite. Eau chaude dans la douche
Personnel serviable
Le seul inconvénient : le bruit. Bien placé car dans le rie principale proche des boutiques et de l'embarcadère mais mal placé par rapport au bruit car cette rue est très fréquentée et très bruyante. Dommage.

Pros:

This was such an incredible stay, we felt like staying at someone’s home rather than at a hostel. There is beautiful decor everywhere, comfortable beds, extra sheets, we were so warm, hot shower, good wifi & very warm staff members. Breakfast was so delicious too & they give you a mini menu to choose from to preorder your choice.

Cons:

Cash only for the payment, but it’s not a big problem if you don’t have any as the ATM is right in front of the hostel.

Central location
Pros:

Fantastic location. Can walk everywhere but also peaceful. Loved the courtyard. As a heads up, breakfast is only served between 8 and 9 am and you need to get a breakfast ticket from reception each morning before you can order.

Cons:

Most of the staff were nice but one person in particular would always deal with the Spanish speakers first even if I had been waiting much longer.

great spot for a stay in Panajachel, comfortable, pretty courtyard, nicely put together rooms, good wifi and hot water.

Cons:

coming and going at night a little fiddly, have to ring doorbell to be let in, not an issue but can involve a little bit of a wait

Gut für Backpacker , praktisches Zimmer
Pros:

Praktisches 2 Bett Zimmer eher für Backpacker.
Sehr nettes Personal
Sehr sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer, Fenster geht zum Innenhof raus wo dich jeder sehen kann also Vorhang muss zu bleiben.
Frühstück war a la carte, es gab kein Kaffee mit milch( musste man extra zahlen)
