I liked the location of the place. It was very central and on Calle Santander. It wasn't too noisy. I enjoyed the private room as well, and definitely worth the money for 1 night. The overall vibe and exterior of the place are very cute.
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There is no A/C, just a heads up, and minimal plug outlets. I wish there was also a bigger sign since the location is on the main street and can be overshadowed by other signs.

Clean room, hot water, stable WiFi
Constant noise made it impossible to rest or sleep. The hotel is located near a club where there are frequent musical events blasting music at top volume constantly day and night. I was woken up every day at 6am with loud music playing. Music would go on till 1am or 2am sometimes. If it wasn't music there were people yelling and screaming or dogs barking nonstop.
Super friendly staff, they showed me several rooms to choose from.

The lovely courtyard and the restaurant separate the room from the street noise.
Beautiful patio & plants and a wonderful place to unwind away from the 20-somethings hostal crowd and the bustle of the city. It is also right at the intersection of all the chicken bus routes, near the lanchas & has some great food puestos right outside the door.
Breakfast included in the price would have been great, or an option to add it for a discounted price.

In busy Panajachel, we found a quiet oasis! The room we had was right at the back and away from the road noise. Lovely garden area, very clean and a fab stay, thanks!
I was just here for 1 night, after a shuttle from Antigua. The inner courtyard is cozy and peaceful, with lots of plants everywhere. The room was clean but basic with nice typical Guatemalan bedding. Check-out is at 11AM so you can still visit something in the morning without having to pack all you stuff. I went to the Reserva Natural. Breakfast is not included but you can get one in the restaurant at the front of the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Overall, would recommend!
Despite the hotel being calm you could still hear noise from the barking dogs and traffic outside as the hotel is situated in the main street. Just take this into account and bring earplugs if you are sensible to noise.
