Sonder Fontana Di Trevi

Great location!

The worst experience I’ve ever had since booking hotels. Faced a calamity of errors:

1. After organising an early check in, the Sonder team forgot to approve it meaning that we were forced to find baby changing facilities elsewhere.

2. Apartment itself is equivalent to a hostel. There are marks on the wall, plugs that don’t fully work, bathroom panels that are sticking out.

3. Sonder customer service doesn’t care. There’s no front desk and we had the fire alarm going off the entire first night - after informing Sonder all I got was an ok.

Yes it’s in a good location but in short, save yourself a lot of money and trouble and stay elsewhere.

Great location and perfect for a larger family. Bathroom/shower enclosures need maintenance. Otherwise very nice!

The location was perfect. It was 5 mins from Trevi fountain so super central! It was quiet which was nice, spacious and beds were comfortable. Our coffee machine wasn’t working and the sofa bed sheets took a while to find but other than that it was great!

Great place very spacious. Very easy to communicate with the host when you download the app. Read some Coments about front door always being open, that is true but still felt very safe.
Right next to Trevi fountain, 15 minute walk to a lot of major areas.

Wonderful property and communication was excellent. Close to all the beautiful attractions. Would love to stay here again.

Broken fittings, no window coverings on main bedroom, no door on one bedroom
dishwasher leaked
fire alarm went off at 2am for no reason

The property is in an excellent location and space was large, but it was not in very good condition.

Excellent location! Very comfortable and spacious. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of space. Walkable to most everything.

Great and spacious apartment in a unbeatible location in Trevi!

A very clean, beautiful apartment. Easy access to additional supplies (coffee, toilet paper…). Complex provides filtered drinking water. Located in a popular location yet very quiet.

This place was amazing. It was centrally located and easy to walk to most tourist sites. It was spacious, clean and had A/C. A couple of the doors wouldn't close properly but nothing that was a big deal. Stayed there with 3 Adults and
3 Kids. All of us loved it. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is centrally located, easy access and walkable to the Trevi fountain, many restaurants and other major spots of interest.
Communication with the management was amazing they set up a WhatsApp chat with me and was able to communicate and ask any questions and receive immediate answers and assistance.

The property was great. Very clean. Easy accessible to shop, eat, and catch a cab. Our stay was awesome

The bathrooms need repair and updating. The shower is very small and hard to use. The bathroom with bathtub, water pours on the floor and is a mess. Some of the door hinges make a lot of noise and need maintenance. The coffee maker and toaster are very small for 7 people who were in my group
