The hotel is overrated.
Pros:

The location is fantastic.

Cons:

The hotel uses the upstairs area for weddings and other events. You can hear the music in your bedroom. It’s was loud.

La ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

Esta viejo, le falta bastante mantenimiento para la zona en la que esta debería de estar perfecto. Es una propiedad que la dejaron envejecer y pues la verdad es que es un hotel regular para lo que cuesta.

la ubicación y la actitud de los empleados

Cons:

la television de la habitación no es smart y no funcionaban tampoco los canales locales. La habitacion olia a humedad y las camas no son tan comodas. Considero que deberia contar con un frigobar porque no hay hielo tampoco. El desayuno estaba muy rico pero el menu incorrecto, indicaban que incluia fruta y hotcakes, mas el platillo a elegir y nos dijeron que era un error y que no estaba bien.

La atención es buena, la recámara se veía bien

Cons:

Que en la publicación dice desayuno gratis y a la hora de bajar a desayunar me salen que solo incluye 2 desayunos por cuarto y me cobraron 2 desayunos esto nunca me había pasado en otro Hotel ,Las Sábanas más seguro q no las cambian seguido ya que al acomodarlas para dormir,había cabellos y En la azotea hay muchísimo ruido de karaoke ,De pasos y se escuchaba más x las tablas q tienen de piso ,Es Imposible Dormir,fuimos a descansar a el hotel y Fue Algo Imposible, Realmente No Lo Recomiendo,hay muchas mejores opciones

Pros:

Excellent place, comfortable place and comfortable bed and pillows. Pool area has spectacular view. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again

Disapointing
Pros:

Location was ok and the Wifi I can't complain.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I’ve tried multiple times to contact them for a proper invoice as I need it for my Company and received NO response. The lack of customer care really left a negative impression.

Continetal breakfast was also stated and you could not even buy a extra juice.
