Cons:

No tiene estacionamiento suficiente. Esta complicado oara entrar a su lobby. No hay personal suficiente que te qtienda y el poco que hay es muy indiferente. Solo hay un elevador y es un caos

The hotel doesn’t match the photos as other reviews have mentioned. We feel decieved. It’s very poorly maintained and there is no attention to detail. Stained walls, stained furniture, smelly hallways, old elevator. The room was filthy. We booked two nights but left at midnight the first night to switch to a different hotel. There is a club on the ground floor and it’s so loud we couldn’t sleep. The windows were rattling. We lost all our money on this stay.

El desayuno muy bien, buen Sazón y la atención de los chicos encargados inmejorable. calidad y servicios de primera, los encargados del servicio ( meseros, cocineros, bar tender, etc. ) de primera

Hace falta mantenimiento en varias areas, ya se ve un poco desgastado, y el tema del WIFI falló los últimos días de mi estadia, se que es un tema ajeno al Hotel y es tema directo del proveedor pero es importante que esas cosas no fallen

No es como parece en fotos
Pros:

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno y buena atención con el personal del restaurante y recepción.

Cons:

Las almohadas muy viejas e incómodas, las puertas del baño no tienen seguro ni privacidad son de vidrio, la alberca es muchísimo más pequeña de lo que parece en foto.
Es un hotel viejo, desde el elevador, la recepción y los pasillos son demasiado viejos, sería una buena opción si el costo fuera suficientemente económico, espero mejoren sus instalaciones para el futuro, la zona les favorece mucho.

La habitación… perfecta

La temperatura de la alberca. Debería estar climatizada ya que en tres días de estancia, ninguno la pudimos usar. El agua estaba helada.
