Nicely Updated and a good value
Pros:

The rooms were updated and very clean. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen.on the road.There were eggs
Sausage,,hash browns and premade pancakes, as well as the usual waffle making do it yourself machines. Also cereal and an assortment of nuts,,raisins,etc. There were plenty of breads bagels muffins,, etc., Beds were very comfortable.. Sfaff was very accommodating. It was an altogether very good experience and reasonably priced,,too

Pros:

Rude employees behind counter. Speaking in another language to each other, because I didn't understand that, the card I used to pay for the room was virtual, and could have been accepted, according to booking,com. But hotel would not allow.

Needs Amenities or Incentive to be worth $300/night
Pros:

Clean, friendly, premises, seemed safe.

Cons:

Lack of amenities, i.e.pool, hot/jet tubs or adequate bathroom ventilation. Door jams would be a wonderful addition due to less than considerate patrons and their children especially overnight. Location not particularly near places of interest. The last time I paid $300 for a night was in Los Angeles where nightlife and options abounded, and there were indoor and outdoor pools.

Good value but room for improvement.
Pros:

The breakfast was better than expected and the lady helping in the breakfast room couldn’t do enough for everybody. She was like having your Grandma there taking care of you.
Great value for money. Next to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The pillows were small square and far too thick making for an uncomfortable night.
The receptionist was not the most helpful. Travelling with elderly parents, he watched us load up the trolley with our luggage push to the end of corridor..only to find there was no elevator and have to push all the way back, to then drag the bags all the way to end of corridor and carry bags up. It is hard enough without having unnecessary backwards and forwards with bags. A little more awareness and potentially finding us a ground room would have been appreciated.

The location was convenient but I wouldn’t stay here again unless they get a lot of work done.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent but no fresh fruit or even fruit cocktail. Staff was constantly restocking the food items.

Cons:

The rug in our room was disgusting. You could feel the grime and our baby’s feet were filthy from crawling around. The air conditioner was able to be pulled out by my infant playing with it. And the room overall desperately needs upgrades/remodeling. The grout in the bathroom was a mess. The lining on the walls where the rug met the wall was falling off. It was just a mess.

Gross, needs immediate work done. Such a poor environment
Pros:

Room was filthy, blankets stained, curtains stained, everything felt so cheap. I will not go back or recommend- very gross.

Cons:

Cleanliness, so dirty and smelly- bed sheets had light red/brown stain- really grossed me out
