Clean and convenient
Floor had damp film on it
No carpet. There wasn’t that cleaner smell in the room. This is great!
A little loud from some unruly guests in adjacent rooms.
Location was main benefit for us. Rate was good. Staff was very friendly.
Small comforts were overlooked, corner's cut. No desk lamp, so was dark in that corner. Shampoo conditioner combination instead of separate. And there were a few fruit flies flying around. Continental breakfast skimpy.
- rooms are large, clean and spacious
- convenient location, right off I-95 and near a host of restaurants and coffee shops
- while you are in town, you have GOT to go down the street for a meal at THE SHACK!!
- The hotel Manager was very accommodating by overriding the front desk receptionist and with providing a room for early check-in!!!
- the complimentary breakfast was horrible. waffle and cereal does not constitute a good and filling breakfast. We ended up going down the street to a local restaurant called THE SHACK; where we had a GREAT breakfast!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.
The room was disgusting. The mattress was stained, there was a half eaten dog milk bone on the couch, and there were flies in the room.

CleanlinessMp, breakfast wasn’t much to choose from. Over abundance of staff that live there. Fork stuck in the sink, Ice container was dirty. TV remote needed batteries.
