Great location for our stay. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
The bedding was not correct for the size of bed we had. Sheets did not fit properly.
House keeping did not refresh our room for the day. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels and extra sheet for the bed.
All was great.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
A few minor things were...
●water pressure was weak in shower
●wasn't a trash can in room
only in bathroom
●could never get the key to work on the outside door for easier access to room even when replaced
● couldn't get the guide on tv to show titles
Cleanliness, friendly staff. Overall great experience.
Clean and friendly
The AC wasn’t working correctly
What we did like: The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we really liked the play area in the lobby for the kids. It was a nice feature for families with children and made it a neat place for those traveling with little ones. It just wasn't the right fit for us personally.
Staff: Some staff were great, while others could have been more attentive to guests instead of being on their phones.
Cleanliness: The room was not very clean when we arrived. The chain for the main blinds was disconnected, so we assumed they were broken. After being out most of the day, we returned to find that housekeeping had not been done, as the towels and trash were still left in the room. However, we noticed that the blinds had been fixed while we were away. Since we never mentioned the issue to staff, I can only assume it had been reported by a previous guest. This made me feel that the room was not fully prepared for new guests, as maintenance was completed during our stay while the room itself remained dirty.
Value: In my opinion, the stay was not worth the price we paid. Breakfast options were very limited, and although the coffee bar was advertised as being available 24/7, there was rarely hot water available for tea in the evenings. It was only on our last day, Sunday, that I finally saw it fully stocked.
Overall: The bed frame was the worst part of our stay. It sticks out significantly, and both my daughter and I ended up with bruised knees from hitting it multiple times.
Good location. Clean rooms, excellent staff, polite, friendly. Could have used a coffee maker in the room.
No coffee maker in the room
It was handy
Staff was so-so - just there.
No soap for shower (liquid pump empty).
Only one paper cup in bathroom for two people. One chair that would not move down beside bed because of crowding. Window shade (for privacy) was damaged and would not move up or down. Attempt had been made to half way repair? it with blue painters tape. A/C sounded like a motorcycle outside window half the night.
I would have expected more from a Hilton operation.
Location.
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to sleep inside the bass drum of a marching band, this is the place for you.
The ceilings here are paper-thin. At 2:00 AM, the guests upstairs decided to host what I can only assume was a competitive stomping tournament. The structural integrity of my room was actively under siege.
When I finally lost my mind and called down to the front desk at 2:00 AM, the ladies on the night shift were actually great and tried to help. The real problem started at check-in. The guy at the counter possessed all the charm, personality, and warmth of a damp piece of drywall. Just an absolute black hole of hospitality.
To cap off the misery, the mattress was dangerously thin and completely uncomfortable. I’ve seen roadside motels from 1995 with better lumbar support.
For the premium price Hilton is charging for this place, it is an absolute highway robbery. Credit where it's due to the night-shift ladies for dealing with the chaos, but save your money, save your back, and go somewhere else.
The housekeeper wasn’t stocked with enough things needed. Not enough body wash or toilet paper.
Breakfast wasn’t bad
Stayed here many times always been a great experience except this time.
In our room instead of the white roll down shade, they took Walmart curtains and hung them up. Room was so bright. There was a huge street pole right outside. Our room. Looks like we have lights on. I only booked these hotels and pay more because they have the darker rooms. Also pool was closed without any warning before arriving.
