Staff polite and friendly, room clean and comfortable, but breakfast service poor.
Pros:

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. Limited choices compared to other breakfast included hotels i have used. I'm afraid this factor would impact my choices in the future.

Cons:

More slections, making sure food is kept refilled in a timely matter.

Pros:

My room was clean and my bed comfortable.

Cons:

It appears there is a lack of cleanliness in the common areas and elevators. During my stay several guest had pets with them. When pets are in and out of the property there must be some extra cleaning. The elevator doors and floors were dirty each day and even in the mornings when I left for work. There wasn’t a fresh smell in the building. I also reserved a King room and when I arrived as six-thirty pm my room wasn’t available due to it being cleaned, I ended up in a double Queen. My air unit wasn’t working properly, it was 78 in my room the first two night. Then it was fixed and the outside temperature went down to 40 something and I couldn’t turn the heat on. Just wasn’t a great experience for my third time staying at this property.

I would not stay here again!
Pros:

Nothing, it was just a place to rest. Except for the very nice desk attendant when I checked in, he was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

All the carpets were dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days! The bed was not comfortable. It was not worth the price I paid.

I will not be comming back to a Tru.
Pros:

I did not stick around for breakfast. I left as quick as i could to get on the road and chose to eat a Mc Donalds and pay even more money.

Cons:

the hotel was very disorganized. the lobby was in a state of disarray. No coffee in the bed rooms I had to bring my own coffee maker. Bathroom was unclean with bodily hair all over the shower. Very expensive compared to suroouning hotel. the only reason i stayed is other hotels did not have two beds available.

Nice, quiet hotel to stay for the weekend which was perfect necessary after a long day of tourney.
Pros:

The hotel offers an excellent location. It also provides good basic amenities for us to use while being at the hotel. The hotel also offers customers the option to use electronic check-in and check-out.

Pros:

Staff that assisted us were amazing despite the multiple issues we came across. The young man at the desk and the maintenance man were very helpful, understanding and friendly.

Cons:

Had to pay to park on site , blinds were broken and door didn’t latch in out first room. Hours into our stay we were forced to move rooms due to the door issue. However once we moved it was fine. Staff were amazing through it all though.

Paying for parking is stupid. Of course I’m driving there, where do I park? On the street?
Pillows sucked. Should have a variety of firmness.

poor AC-hot! Tiny room, thin walls-could hear people stomping above us, previous occupant set alarm that went off at 6am, limited outdoor space to relax, room felt more like a dorm than a hotel room
