Worst stay ever with outcome unresolved.

Close to location we were traveling to

Cons:

TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work I was getting ready for a party, little time so I moved to my Mom’s room which I had also paid for. Then we came back to a sink backed up in her room so disgusting. They brought us cleaning spray and towel to clean it ourselves since housekeeping was already gone home. I spoke to the manager in the morning and she said she would comp our stay and they would send a code to Booking.com to refund. That never happened, booking blamed Hyatt Place Fresno and the hotel said it was Booking.com’s fault.

Over all it was good

Bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great too

Pros:

Location is great for my family visit. Love that they allow my dog. It is clean and has beer available!

Cons:

I was disappointed to learn they started charging for breakfast. It’s not that special and would be best to include in room price

Noisy air conditioner
Pros:

Air conditioner was noisy and we couldn’t switch it off. Even after reporting the issue to the staff they couldn’t do anything about it.

Get me out of here
Pros:

The hotel was outdated. My room was smelly and the Air conditioner did not function properly. My coworker had to change rooms 3 times do to the Smell.
The Bacon is horrible. Opt for the Sasuge.
I will not be staying here lets hope other Hyatt are better. Im bugee

Lacked cleanliness
Pros:

Room was not clean. Shower had mold/ mildew growing in excess. Toilet had mildew ring like it had not been cleaned. Floor was dirty.
Front reception was asleep when I went to leave to check out early.

Good location. Adequate parking. Friendly staff. Safe neighborhood. Reasonably priced.

Cons:

Room needs some remodeling especially the bathroom. Some humming noise in the room (a/c or fridge). Hotel did not feel corporate or catered to professional business (like it used to).
