Pros:

Everything was super clean. The staff right when you walked in was friendly. The pool was perfect. Normally, when you walk into an indoor pool, you get the chlorine smell heavy. This one wasn't.

Cons:

The tweakers in the area just entered and had to be escorted out. One gentleman told me his truck was broken into, and unfortunately, he was parked in a blind spot where security footage wasn't able to see. The breakfast is basic. What made the scrambled eggs special was green onion. I went with my children and my wife. Two of my boys are always hungry the diner at the time wasn't opened due to short staff. We always get frozen dinners and a microwave in the rooms is not available only 1 in the lobby so that kinda sucked.

Property was clean, location seemed safe. Bed was comfortable. Indoor pool was a plus for kids.
Pros:

Located near Shopping Center RiverPark, has a indoor pool and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Although room was clean, hair was on bathroom wall. Swimming pool also had a wad of hair. The floor near the towels needed a mat as a child slipped while walking and landed head first.

Worst stay ever with outcome unresolved.
Pros:

Close to location we were traveling to

Cons:

TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work I was getting ready for a party, little time so I moved to my Mom’s room which I had also paid for. Then we came back to a sink backed up in her room so disgusting. They brought us cleaning spray and towel to clean it ourselves since housekeeping was already gone home. I spoke to the manager in the morning and she said she would comp our stay and they would send a code to Booking.com to refund. That never happened, booking blamed Hyatt Place Fresno and the hotel said it was Booking.com’s fault.

Over all it was good
Pros:

Bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great too

Cons:

Paying for parking and my room didn’t have a microwave.

Pros:

Location is great for my family visit. Love that they allow my dog. It is clean and has beer available!

Cons:

I was disappointed to learn they started charging for breakfast. It’s not that special and would be best to include in room price

Noisy air conditioner
Pros:

Air conditioner was noisy and we couldn’t switch it off. Even after reporting the issue to the staff they couldn’t do anything about it.
