NEVER had this happen EVER before!!!

I don't know if it's part of the job description or something this lady did on her own. Managers give a job description when they hire but do they KNOW what the employees actually do and don't do? Let me tell you this lady either did her job or went above and beyond. Either way please know that she was a great hire and deserves to be recognized!!

I LOVED how the hospitality worker knocked on the door and asked if we needed anything. Any towels, soap, tissue..etc. THAT showed SO MUCH customer CARE! NOT service, but CARE!! She cared enough to knock on the door and ask if we needed anything!! THAT was so top tier for me because I usually have to track down housekeeping and ask for towels myself! NEVER have I had anyone EVER do that in a hotel stay!! (Including same brand hotels!) And we stay in a lot of hotels traveling for cheer, basketball and football for our children, as well as vacations and leisure travel. Our housekeeper that Friday morning will NEVER be forgotten!! I neglected to get her name but THANK YOU!!! You KNOW the meaning of customer service and proved it with one simple task. YOU ARE TOP TIER AND DESERVE TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR IT!! Thank you again!

Cons:

I didn't like paying for parking, in addition to the room charge. It's not the customers fault the hotel doesn't have a parking lot. Parking SHOULD BE included with room rental. The hotel charges enough for the rooms and should look into working something out with parking owner to where they're able to include parking with room rental, or at least a 90 percent discount!! $46 to park for 2 days was ridiculous!!

Wonderful location, great breakfast and also staff was so kind!
Pros:

Location for downtown is great, breakfast was great and staff were so kind.

Cons:

I did think our room was dirty, food still left in fridge from previous people who stayed and food on floor. The elevator would need your key to get on your floor at times and other times not at all so I wasn’t too comfortable with that but they have stairs. We would stay again but just an expensive stay for a dirty room, parking is across the street & will cost you 21$ a day.

Cons:

Large piles of glass under port we had to drive through and the lady up front acted put out when I told her. Checking in was a total disaster!!!

Hotel modern, comfortable i també molt cèntric. Està ple de bars i restaurants al mateix carrer.

Cons:

Hem hagut de pagar $23 de pàrking, però a altres hotels es paga el doble.

I liked omelets. Didn't care for herbs on potatoes. I have never seen biscuits offered without gravey before.

Cons:

Didn't like sliding doors not working the whole 5 days I was there. One evening a homeless man walked in because doors were malfunctioning and were open. Your maintenance man on the doors was a joke. He never did fix it while I was there. He told front desk man it was the cold weather. Temperatures were above normal 4 out of 5 days I was there. Maintenance man was called everyday I was there for the doors going out to Main Street. Also, your TV setup in my room was a joke. No channel numbers on screen telling you what channel you're watching. No numbers on your remote so you can go directly to channel you want after turning TV on. Really??? I didn't appreciate tapping down button 50 times each time I turned on tv.

Super ligging, zeer ruime kamers, behulpzaam personeel

Cons:

Zeer slechte wifi, bijna nooit verbinding te krijgen. Misschien omdat we op de 7de etage lagen. Onder in de lobby was het wel goed.
