Pros:

Walked in and the room just smelled splendidly clean. This was my favorite moment. Walking in after a long trip and being welcomed with such cleanliness.

Cons:

The price was a lot, but if it could go to the person that cleaned my room (crazy I know, but it was just the best welcome) then I would pay it again.

Great room, great view, great price.
Pros:

The room was awesome! Huge room, fit me my husband, our two boys and daughter in a pack and play. Along with a great prize through booking. The balcony was great!

Cons:

Continued to run out of towels, had to continue to ask for more towel. Didn’t give us pillows with the hide away bed. Had to ask for several things where it’s normally already available in the room.
