I like that the property was clean. It was easy to get to the parking lot into the building it has a bus route right in front of it and it also has a Starbucks connected to the lobby area.
There was not much that I did not like about the property. We did have trouble checking in. I went around to both of the doors and neither of them would open so we had to call the property and I was put on hold for a very long time when we finally made our way in. It took a long time to check in.
Breakfast was great, well stocked and a good variety of options. The eating area was large and clean.
It was close to the heart of downtown and clean!
The parking situation. It’s a parking lot across the street from the hotel, not close enough for me but it might be ok for someone else!

The closeness to many of the attractions we wanted to see and having the trolley stop right in front.
Parking. Having to park across the street and having to load and unload our luggage. Beds were not comfortable, besides a few staff members the ones I dealt with were quite cold and not friendly. Also having personal conversations which shouldn’t be talked about in front of guests.

I liked everything
Walked in and the room just smelled splendidly clean. This was my favorite moment. Walking in after a long trip and being welcomed with such cleanliness.
The price was a lot, but if it could go to the person that cleaned my room (crazy I know, but it was just the best welcome) then I would pay it again.
