Beautiful historical hotel. Perfect location!
Pros:

It is amazing that you can stay at a historical site. The atrium with the arches and frescos is breathtaking! Our room had original frescos and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable! We had breakfast and dinner in the atrium and the food was delicious. The staff was very polite and friendly. Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. We loved the hotel and will definitely recommend!

Absolutely nothing.

Pros:

I have stayed many times in this hotel, and it is always a pleasure! Wheelchair access is no problem, and the new accessible room accommodation is perfect. Always superb service and I am always made to feel welcome.

Excelente atención y ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación y las habitaciones pero del área recién remodelada. También la comida tanto del hotel como del restaurante italiano que está a la par del lobby. La atención del personal es excelente.

Cons:

Las habitaciones del área vieja, no son tan agradables.

Pros:

La locación es perfecta para moverte en el centro, a pasos de los lugares de los mejores restaurantes y bares. La variedad de opciones para comer también es buena en el hotel y el servicio es muy atento.

Cons:

Puntos negativos, el ruido en las habitaciones propio de un hotel ubicado en un espacio colonial pero con temas a contemplar como los carritos de limpieza iniciando a pasar desde las 6 am.
También me pareció que para el precio, el estacionamiento debería estar incluido.

Замечательное местоположение, достаточно просторный номер, красивые внутренние помещения, удобная парковка.

Cons:

Мне был нужен либо переходник либо вилка для типа розеток распространенных в Мексике. Я попросил на ресепшене и получил отказ. Это не сложно купить десяток качественных переходников учитывая что вы находитесь в центре старого города

La cama es súper cómoda.

Cons:

Con la nueva decoración de las habitaciones se pierde un poco la esencia del edificio histórico que es.
El baño es algo pequeño.

Séjour très reposant dans cet hôtel de luxe.
Pros:

Le calme et le cadre de l'hôtel, la proximité avec la place centrale et de nombreux restaurants.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
On nous a "upgradé" dans une première chambre qui était très sombre et le personnel a gentiment cherché une autre solution et a trouvé une chambre plus lumineuse et très confortable.

Cons:

il faisait malheureusement un peu froid dans la salle du petit dejeuner. Il est tres bon mais comme ce n'etait pas un buffet, l'addition peut vite grimper.

Unser Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Die Dusche benötigt etwas Zeit, zum warmwerden, ist aber im Rahmen.
Gute Body-Produkte im Bad.

Cons:

Der Kofferboy sollte sein arrogant wirkendes Verhalten den Hotelgästinnen gegenüber überdenken. Wer auf Reisen ist, ist nicht immer im Abendkleid unterwegs und eine Reisetasche zeigt häufig im Äußeren, wie weit sie schon gereist ist.
