El edificio es espectacular así como la zona de hospedaje.
Que hubo un evento (bautizo) que duró demasiadas horas con ruido.
The breakfast was satisfactory. And the evening coffee and sweets were delicious.
Respectfully, I noticed some dishware needed some attention to cleanliness.

La señorita que nos atendió para el check in un poco grosera y al decirle quen yo había entendido que había desayuno en la tarifa respondió muy agresiva.

Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude pour prendre une douche. Nous avons attendu 25 minutes , mais rien.
The worst experience ever. Pictures of the property and the reality were very different. The room smelled like staled molded bread. Toilet placement very awkward and tight, unless a person is 4 feet tall. They had a promotional wedding planner party all day. Could not get any rest. Stayed for two nights and was charged for 3. Don’t stay here, unless you want to have a terrible time.

Algo austera la habitacion para mi gusto. No habia acondicionador para el cabello en la regadera.

I liked the breakfast, I liked the location, I liked the facility, I liked the historical side of the building, and I loved the resting areas. I liked the welcome freshwater flavor that they have at the entrance of the hotel. I liked the Italian restaurant, the bakery and the stores inside of the hotel.
I didn't like that the towels were very rough. I didn't like the room service because the staff tried to screw me over several times. I didn't like that the AC was malfunctioning; it was spitting out ice throughout all the room. I didn't like the toilet paper; it was very cheap.
It is amazing that you can stay at a historical site. The atrium with the arches and frescos is breathtaking! Our room had original frescos and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable! We had breakfast and dinner in the atrium and the food was delicious. The staff was very polite and friendly. Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. We loved the hotel and will definitely recommend!

I have stayed many times in this hotel, and it is always a pleasure! Wheelchair access is no problem, and the new accessible room accommodation is perfect. Always superb service and I am always made to feel welcome.
