Pros:

場所とデザイン、スタッフが丁寧でした。

Cons:

外国人特に中国系の人がロビーで大勢大声で常にたむろっている。スタッフもこういった外人の対応大変そう。
外国人利用が多いせいか、施設への損傷も目立ってきた。日本人だったらもっと大切に使うであろうに。

Ottima struttura, comoda per esplorare le zone più famose di Tokyo. Servizi ottimi e puntuali.

Cons:

Struttura non bellissima, ma comunque molto funzionale. Camere davvero troppo piccole. La nostra tripla impossibile da vivere in tre, a tal punto che ho dovuto prendere una seconda stanza.
