Would happily stay here again: the location and the quiet are worth it.
Pros:

A good hotel, and I picked it mainly for the neighbourhood — the green streets around Hamacho and Ningyocho are lovely to walk, and it turned out to be quiet and calm, which I appreciated after busy days in the city. There are plenty of small restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and the metro is literally steps away.
Breakfast was good. The rooms, of course, are on the small side. Ours even had a full-size bathtub — but honestly I would rather have given up the tub and taken those extra two square metres for the room itself. That is exactly the space I felt was missing.
There is a laundry room, but the machines were usually occupied, and a wash cycle takes longer than at a local laundromat — so for a big load I'd just walk to one nearby.

Hôtel charmant et bien placé
Pros:

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, très bien placé par rapport aux différentes lignes de métro. Petit déjeuner incroyable et personnel aux petits soins. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Tokyo !

Pros:

Erg fijn en luxe hotel. Mooie kamers, niet mega groot, maar voldoende ruimte, openen van koffers kan net aan, maar daarna dien je deze ook weer op te bergen om voldoende beweegruimte te hebben.
Ook heeft het hotel een mogelijkheid om te lunchen/dineren aan de teppenyaki plaat. Voor erg nette prijzen kan je heerlijk eten. Er is ook een uitgebreid assortiment van 'meeneem' producten aanwezig, denk aan tandenborstels, badzout, gezichtsmasker etc. etc.

Cons:

Personeel voelde in tegenstelling tot andere locatie van KOKO waar we zijn geweest wat afstandelijk. Minder persoonlijk contact en wat directer. Misschien is dit ook meer een eigenschap van Tokyo t.o.v. bijvoorbeeld Osaka. Ze waren echter zeker niet onvriendelijk. Wat wel erg fijn was is dat we op uitcheckdatum de koffers tot laat in de avond hebben mogen achterlaten zodat wij nog op pad konden.

Расположение супер! Очень красивый тихий район. Вкусные завтраки. Сам отель очень чистый, стильный и красивый.

Cons:

Маленький номер. Мы жили с женой и ребенком, почти весь номер занимали кровати, даже чемодан открыть было сложно. В прихожей нет ничего что бы повесить верхнюю одежду.

Boa qualidade preço numa zona tranquila mas perto do metro
Pros:

Perto do metro.
O hotel fica numa zona calma. Para nós foi bom porque nos deu alguma garantia de descanso, para outras pessoas poderá ser algo negativo.
A limpeza não é diária mas trocam de toalhas e oferecem garrafas de água todos os dias.
Os quartos não têm "amenities" mas existe uma zona de "amenities" grátis que podemos levar para o quarto.
O tamanho do quarto pareceu-nos bom para aquilo que dizem ser o standard do país no entanto as camas são desnecessáriamente grandes e ocupam praticamente todo o quarto. Mesmo assim foi positivo tendo em conta outras experiências no Japão.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço não é do estilo continental. Para ocidentais, como nós, a variedade daquilo que estávamos confortáveis a comer ao pequeno almoço era um pouco reduzida. Faltavam-nos alguns essenciais para nós como por exemplo queijo.
Se gostam de comer sopa miso, arroz, caril ou peixe ao pequeno-almoço não vão ter problemas.
Outra questão com o pequeno almoço foi os horários e a reposição da comida. O pequeno almoço é até às 10h mas o hotel avisa que deixa de repor comida às 9h30. O problema é que quando chegávamos ao buffet às 9h00 já havia coisas em falta que nunca chegavam a ser repostas ou, quando eram repostas desapareciam logo se houvesse muita gente.
Por fim, eu estranho sempre as almofadas dos hotéis mas neste caso só havia um tipo de almofada no quarto, o que limita um pouco a opção de escolha.

Hotel super lindo y cómodo cerca de metro
Pros:

El hotel super lindo, la atención muy agradable, limpio, ubicado, cómodo.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza no lo hacen diario. Es una vez cada 3 días (un diansi, dos no) Pero existe la opción de que solicites diario que se haga limpieza profunda.
