Kensington Hotel Saipan

We stayed for New Years and our two boys (ages 6 and 9) loved the fireworks, Play Lounge and Kenny’s Playplace. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The atmosphere and ambience is absolutely beautiful. From a kids review: “Mom, this place is so much fun”, and “I wish I could stay more longer!”

The trip was very fun and we had a lot of fun swimming at the pool and the firework show was very awesome and I hope to come next year

We had such a great New Years Eve experience at the Kensington! So much fun for the entire family. We love the Kenny play deck and the fireworks were beautiful!

I think this was such a good trip and the hot shower was amazing and the pool was good because of the slides and the bar.tAlso the lights were pretty with good baked goods and good coffee

The lobby is welcoming and well decorated. They service is amazing. Ohas has yummy baked goods and tasty coffee. The room is gorgeous and the pool is super fun to swim in.

The staycation at the hotel was very nice. It was fun and relaxing and me had very fun. There was a lot to do. We had fun swimming and going into the pool area and we stay. We came here for a new year so we hope to have some good fireworks tonight.

It was a fun trip and a fun experience to play with friends and family, but the slides closed way too early staff were very accommodating and quick to address concerns

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our experience even better. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time looking out over the ocean.

The food was delicious, especially the meals we had at the hotel restaurant. We also loved the ocean activities — being able to enjoy activities directly in the sea was a great highlight of our trip.

That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioner temperature was difficult to control, and it did not cool the room as well as we expected. Additionally, the ice and the refrigerator were not cold enough. We were also a bit disappointed with the pool condition, as the pool floor and water quality did not feel as clean as we had hoped.

Overall, it was a nice stay with excellent service and wonderful views, and with a few improvements, it could be even better.

This hotel is rated 5 stars, but it certainly does not feel like one. There was no bellboy, so when I arrived, there was no staff to help with my luggage at all.

At 8 AM, I requested towels because there were none in the room. The staff told me that housekeeping hadn’t started their shift yet and asked me to come down to the lobby to pick them up myself. I said I couldn’t because I had just showered, and only then did they bring the towels—50 minutes later.

I initially planned to stay for one night and decided to extend for an additional night. Surprisingly, they told me I had to move to a different room every night. After I complained that this made no sense, they finally arranged for me to stay in the same room.

For a so-called 5-star hotel, the service was disappointing and far below expectations.

There were various tours prepared, so it was fun. I especially loved looking at the stars. It was fantastic. I enjoyed this trip.

Our fifth time in Kensington!!! :D And yes of course, Kensington wasn’t here to disappoint me and my family! Sure, it can be a real milestone being here for the FIFTH time. Some people say “Kensington? Kensington seems boring and all that” NO! Kensington is NOT boring I may reasure you. Kesington has these wonderful events that may suprise you honestly. The last time we went here we went on Starry Night. Where we gazzed into the night sky while the cold night breeze swooped through us. Or the other time where we got “Relax” and or “Tea” moments. Which was delicious! And this time we went on a historical land tour! Where we got to go on a little adventure! I loved it and got so much pictures! We went to Bird Island, the best picture spot by the way. And other sights! Fifth time in Kensington! BiNgO! Thanks for the best fifth time @Kesington!

We celebrated our 14th Wedding Anniversary here at Kensington Hotel. It was perfect getaway. The front desk are accommodating. The facilities are high end. quality. It has the perfect birds eye view of the break water and horizon. Thank you Kensington Hotel

Kensington Hotel is an ideal place to eat and have fun with children.
I’d like to come with my whole family next time if I get the chance.

I enjoyed three delicious meals for five days, along with convenient facilities, and it was enjoyable until the very end!

However, visiting the pic was not good for the food or the swimming pool.

The staff were friendly, and the pool was pleasant and enjoyable. And the meals were different every day, so I didn't get tired of them even after staying multiple nights. I plan to stay at the Kensington again next time I'm in Saipan.
