It was good but I wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel to be honest
Pros:

It was perfectly located, no noise

Cons:

The room had the AC screen with a light that wouldn’t turn off unless you turned off the AC and it was kind of annoying, had to put a towel to cover it. It’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it didn’t feel like it unfortunately.

Pros:

Het Hotel ligt op een perfecte wandelafstand van de Eiffeltoren. Zou het iedereen aanbevelen om daar te logeren.
=> Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt is heerlijk uitgebreid buffet. Alles was vers en er was voor ieder wat wils.

De kamer is mooi en gezellig. De badkamer heel hygiënisch en goed onderhouden.

Une excellente adresse, pleine de charme et de confort.
Pros:

J'ai aimé l'emplacement, proche d'un lieu important pour nous. L'hôtel est proche aussi du métro Dupleix, et donc dans un quartier central. Ma chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure, donc elle était très calme. L'étage élevé permettait de profiter d'une belle lumière. J'ai apprécié la taille de la chambre, la présence d'un plateau avec une bouilloire et une machine a café, et un mini bar. La salle d'eau était vaste et confortable, et j'ai apprécié la présence d'un peignoir de bain. L'accueil est d'une très grande amabilité. J'ai adoré le petit mot personnalisé et manuscrit sur le lit ! Je garde cette adresse précieusement, pour de prochaines visites à Paris.

L emplacement, la propreté, le personnel, le confort.
Petit détail de la part de la réception (chocolat et macarons ) très sympa.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est trop cher et peu varié. Dans la chambre manquait des produits comme: coton tige, coton, les sets d'hygiène.
La chambre n'était pas assez spacieuse.
On était dérangé car la porte de l'ascenseur était à côté de la porte de notre chambre.

Total lack of empathy
Cons:

The service is really awful, quite aggressive and not helpful at all. It reminds of a communist party hotel with employees not concerned by the wellbeing of their customers and further quite aggressive and with no added value. Not all of them of course but some and not least the management. A bad experience in Paris.
