L’emplacement, le calme, la climatisation

Cons:

La petite taille de la salle de bain avec une baignoire pas très pratique
Le petit déjeuner décevant : la qualité des produits n’est pas à la hauteur des 22€ par personne. Salade de fruits de très mauvaise qualité.

Pros:

受付のコンシェルジュの方が親切で、到着した時に安心感がありました。部屋は清潔で、メッセージカードもあり嬉しかったです。エッフェル塔まで歩いてすぐで、スーパーやコンビニ、公園も近く、モトピケ駅もすぐで便利でした。帰りのタクシーも正確でした。

No me gustó nada pero nada el desayuno. Hice la reserva con desayuno incluido y fué un error porque se desayunaba mucho mejor en los alrededores.

Great location, great stay.
Pros:

The room was a good size for the two of us, clean and comfortable. It's in a nice area with lots of boulangeries and restaurants. The Eiffel Tower, the Metro and buses are close by. A bonus is that there is a laundromat around the corner and a grocery store across the street. We were on the 6th floor. We had a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower out our window. We would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in getting us transportation from the airport to the hotel. The bed & pillows at the hotel were so comfortable. We had a great nights sleep after a long trip. The breakfast offered many options and well worth the price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice little independent hotel in a residential area.
Pros:

Small independent hotel quite close to Eiffel Tower. The room was small but adequate. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The listing said with parking but it was by agreement with the supermarket across the road. The price for 24 hour stay on their board was €35 but the hotel charged €40 per day.
