The hotel is conveniently located in the Tam Coc area where all the restaurants and shops are. The property is tucked in and reqymuires a 3-5 minute walk. However, during the rainy season, the walk on the strip from the hotel to the town is flooded. There was no way of going through it without getting your feet (like super soaked wet). The hotel has an electric car (more like a golf car), which we saw but didn't know about. We called our car ride to get over those puddles as it rained throughout our entire stay. They have bicycles for free for the guests. Some of us are not good in riding the bikes. You could also rent motor bikes, which are very popular in anywhere in Vietnam. The staff were very friendly, nice, and accommodating.

The AC is not cold enough. The shower is clogged and fills up. Room is small. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Don't get fooled by the Excellent rating, this is a decent 1 or 2 stars hotel.

Reception and the staff was rude. Rooms and bathroom not good. If you are traveling with family, and vegeterian absolutely NO.

Hotel Staff Sun was the only guy friendly, respectful.

Friendly staff: prime location. Hotel is modern, ac blows cold. Pho for breakfast is delicious.

A lovely hotel only 300m from the main street of the villageTam Coc, but at the middle of a rice plantation. Be sure to get a room with views! Very good breakfast and refreshing beatiful covered pool. A great base to visit this special area: walking distance from Tam Coc boats and a few minutes by taxi or bike to the other attractions. Great service. Thank you!

We booked this hotel based upon other reviews and we are so glad we did! With our room overlooking the mountains and rice fields, we loved how close this hotel was to town and dining options. Clean and quiet, with bikes available for a spin around town. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We stayed for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay overall. We had an amazing mountain view from our balcony. The room itself was great as well. Apart from the average breakfast buffet and the sewage smell along the road leading up to the hotel from the village we had a great stay. The staff were very kind, and the rooms were cleaned well and promptly every morning.

Beautiful view from the rooftop; unfortunately the food/drink service up there was closed. They also opted to clean the pool during a time when it’s supposed to be open. My daughter was quite upset about this.

The view from the hotel, the location and service was great. Quiet and peaceful with walkable paths, the distance to restaurants was maximum 10 minutes walk and the service from the staff in arranging tours was very helpful.

Great place 2 minutes walking distance to town but without all the noise. Super friendly and helpful staff, and great made to order breakfast eggs. Improvements: the 10 bikes are kinda rickety.

The Property is in a rice field
which provides a secluded
feeling. The hotel is only
three floors w an elevator;
however, the best rooms 7, 8 &
4 in that order, have an exposed
view of the rice fields.
We did not know this and our
view was of the entrance of
the hotel which limited our
comfortable experience of
Ninh Binh.
Also, We would strongly
recommend that one plan
their trip to Ninh Binh in
the OFF Season as in mid
March it was too Crowded
w Tourist including ourselves.

Excellent value for money. The location is perfect - just a 3–5 minute of a relaxing walk to the main streets filled with cafés and restaurants. The hotel offers stunning views and has a modern design. While it’s a little worn in places, it’s not a 5-star hotel, and for the price, you get a very comfortable bed, clean towels and bedding, well-functioning air conditioning, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

We used the hotel’s laundry service, which was slightly more expensive than local laundries outside, but they also charge per kilo, and we received our clothes clean and dry the next morning at exactly 8 am as requested. It’s a convenient option, saving you from having to carry a bag of dirty clothes around.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We received great advice about the area, and Mr Tu helped us arrange a private driver, which ended up being cheaper than using Grab taxis to visit Trang An, Bai Dinh, and Mua Caves. The price was very reasonable for a modern, spacious car, and we appreciated not being tied to a group tour. The driver waited for us at each stop without any pressure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small but cosy hotel and highly recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet hotel in a peaceful location, yet conveniently located close to all amenities.
