Great location, great room, great value! Must stay here if you're in NOLA! 10/10 recommend!
Great location close to everything
The location is everything! It is close to all the places we like to visit.
Nothing.
Good for short stays. I would not pay more than $120 - 130 per night. The location is good, but the rooms are dark, filthy carpet, (I was afraid to walk in my socks), mildew smell, the elevators even smelled. The bedding was decent, but overall you can tell management doesn't invest any money into maintenance or updates. The front desk clerks were pleasant.
Close to the Ruby Slipper restaurant and Bourbon Street. Only 5 or 10 minute walk from most things you wanted to see.
There was a column in the room at the end of one of the beds and if you weren't careful at night you would run into it and hurt yourself. There were no chest of drawers to put your stuff in, which is okay if you can live out of your suitcase.
Great location, easy walking distance to everything, quiet, comfortable
The taxes that were added on, these should be more visible at time of booking
Great location very comfy beds
No daily housekeeping only every third day
Location
Parking sucks
Very comfortable bed, decent size bathroom, great location.
Water pressure wasn’t overly strong.
Great location
Check in was so slow. Most staff at front desk loved their phones not their job
The facility and staff were great.
The street needs to be repaired. There was a large pothole in front of the hotel.
Nothing.
Booking doesn't need to promote this property. I had sneak out my room to thr front desk a random was walking the floors. Their's no PHONE IN THE ROOM no Safety. The room was clean but it smell horrible. The front door to the hotel is in a alley.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing
I didn’t eat there
It is a good place to stay
Beautiful rooms in great walking distance from lots of fun places to see! I loved the asthmatic and easy check in process. The whole stay was very smooth and comfortable!
