Never chose an internal room
Pros:

Jessica at the front desk was delightful

Cons:

No windows, very dark (we needed to use a torch), no chairs, no table, for two people there were 3 pillows and three towels. The hot water took over 10 mins to heat up on occasions but by far the worse was the constant rhythmic droning noise of some type of machinery or fan.

Large room and good location, opportunity for improvement
Pros:

Room was spacious (including a large bathroom) and the decor was quite nice- there was space to spread out and had all the key stuff that we needed like chairs, larger and smaller tables; good location; was good to have supplied coffee; pretty good TV and channel selection (though we couldn’t get the Chromecast to work)

Cons:

The irregular cleaning schedule of once every 3 days is not enough for most (while you can ask for more regular cleaning or supplies I think a default once every two days would be a better compromise to help guest experience); water pressure in shower wasn’t great; the bed was quite uncomfortable and had a large dip in the middle when we tried to sleep in it; one afternoon we saw a mouse or rat in the room briefly and then it came back another night and seemed to leave again quite quickly- we think it came from under the gap in the entrance door- we didn’t mention anything at the time as it seemed to have fairly quickly left but was still not great to see

I liked that our room was off to the side and seemed secluded and private. I also loved the big bathroom and shower and all the lighting options available.

Good place to stay in
Pros:

Location excellent for things in the city. Not noisy. Breakfast very good st The Ruby slipper.
Good luggage storage.

Cons:

Rooms too dark.
Few more snack options in lobby- nuts, protein bar, fruit like apple & banana.
